I had a good stay in here. I stayed for 2 nights and the room was clean and no bed bugs. You could tell that it needed maintenance in some things like the shower. The area is ideal, within 5 min walking distance from the tubes and busses. There are also restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It does the job. I would stay again.

This room was pictured as clean and roomy when it was actually cramped and dirty. While it was supposed to be for 2 adults, there was only one double bed and a sofa for which we never received sheets. The management was hard to contact, and continually sent what appeared to be AI generated messages in response to our concerns. There was mold in the shower, only pegs on which to hang our clothing, and table and benches provided were cheap and rickety, The ceiling fan was caked with dust and grim, Even though it is in a decent neighborhood with good access to public transit, restaurants and shops, I would never stay here again.

Super Lage, allerdings kaputte Duschtür und schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche. Toilettendeckel defekt. Keine Müllentsorgung, keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher zu trocknen oder neuen Handtücher. Nur ein kleiner Schrank für vier Personen, welcher auch reparaturbedürftig ist. Fenster ließen sich nur minimal öffnen, daher im Sommer kaum Lüftung. Kurz vor Ankunft bekamen wir plötzlich eine andere Adresse für die Unterkunft. Leider standen wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits vor der anderen Adresse. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht noch mal buchen

The access was via codes and the code to me room did not work. No one answered the phone and it was not staffed, so I had a very uncomfortable time trying to get any response which eventually came via WhatsApp. I did not feel safe waiting to get in.

La habitación se encontraba en un sótano, muy peligroso en caso de incendio, sin salida de emergencia. La única ventilación era una ventana que daba a un cuadrado sin salida. La habitación llena de humedades, las sábanas y la ropa constantemente mojada. Encontrarnos insectos (una pedazo de araña). Nos cambiaron el código de acceso sin avisarnos. Dejándonos tirados una hora en la calle. Lo único aceptable la respuesta “rápida” del servicio. Y la ubicación.
