Could not find this property, came across another family who were also walking around aimlessly trying to find where it is? Having popped into other hotels, we soon realized that many many other people had been on the same search in the past!! tried calling the number, with no response. eventually got through to someone at Expedia who also failed to contact the property. We were left stranded in London with 3 children and nowhere to stay! had to get a refund, but no alternative accommodation available! Luckily the kind staff at the Hilton managed to sort us a room for the night so that we didn't have to cut short our London stay! We are still not sure if this property actually exists or whether it's all a scam?? I would like to think that a big company like Expedia would check before listing on their site! Shame, the apartments look great! but as to if they exist, who knows!?!?!? Good Luck

The place is not in Cromwell like what the says in the description but still in a very nice and safe area. The place is near the train station and stores. The place looks big in the picture.

The apartments are off Cromwell Road near Gloucester Road and Earls Court tube station.

Rooms etc were fine... they need much much much better communication on the check-in process though, and the address on the expedia site is also incorrect. My sister spent 30 minutes dragging a suitcase around with 2 small children trying to find the place and then when we called and got the correct address, she spent another 15 minutes trying to find a way into the reception desk. I finally called the number on the reservation for the 2nd time, and was told that "The receptionist has gone home" (It was 5.45pm) and only when I asked how do we get into the room we booked, was told we need a security code. Anyway, eventually after almost an hour, she got into her room. Make it easier for people!!

Excellent location next to Gloucester road station, Victoria was next station. Easy to get out . The only thing I did not like noise if the train. Also no A/C.

Glad you enjoyed your stay Ricky! The train noise can only be heard in the one apartment you stayed in. The slight noise cannot be heard when triple glazed windows are closed. Hope to welcome you back soon!

Horrible for the price damaged floor dirty bath tub. No AC. Beds horrible . Husband slept on the kitchen floor . Bath tub dirty . Called Expedia to complain on arrival. No other hotel available in area . Asked manager for refund . Could not switch hotels .

Dear Guest, Apologies about your stay. We were not informed of your issues with the bed, but we use orthopedic memory foam mattresses on all beds. There is indeed no AC in the apartments, but this is advertised on the website. We were also happy to issue a full refund but you decided to stay after looking at higher priced hotels in the area.

did not email me a check in time, but when I arrived, found out I couldn't check in for 3 more hours. said they clean weekly, but I was there for 9 days, and no one replace toilet paper or towels, so I had to buy my own. there was no fan in the room. called and asked, and she said one would be delivered. It was not the next day so I tracked down the lady who cleaned, and she brought one. walls and floors seemed very thin, so I was constantly woken up.

Not the best and not the worst
Good: communication with the office and their willingness to address our issues. Location for sight seeing in London Fully functioning kitchenette, laundry. Bad: size. It’s cramped with two queen beds. The shower is not sized for 6’+ people. Comfort of furniture was not good. They did try to get another mattress to address the problems and that was good. There’s no place to store luggage so it’s out of the way. That would have made some of the size issues seem lesser.

Thanks for your response. The sizes of the apartment are listed on the website. We have put luggage racks in the rooms now for extra luggage storage.

Worst place I’ve ever seen
We immediately left and checked into a different hotel - this place is disgusting and should be removed from Expedia. I plan on requesting a refund when we get back to the states.

Adress is not correct and not accurate
Location listed as Kensington Serviced Apartments London, England, United Kingdom is not accurate. I had to call the number:+44--7411388164 and the lady who answered nicely gave me directions to go a to a different building, then she gave me a code to open the front door of the building to get the keys from a security box located inside, then she told me were to find the apartment next door to the building. I was lucky to have a cell phone that worked in London, otherwise it would be impossible to find this place. I never saw a person in charge of this property, however the apartment is well located and clean.

So shocked we left and never stayed there. We booked a two bedroom apartment at a different addresses. When we are in London we were directed to a completely different site. We spent two hours on the phone but the manager was unavailable to speak with us. It was miss discribed and we were ripped off totally. We will not book online again

It's OK, good location, big opportunities.
I travelled with my family for an 8 day vacation to London. It was nice to be able to check in early, Unfortunately the lady in charge (Mia) didn't get there on time when we got there, after calling her multiple times (thanks god for Skype, otherwise would be super expensive), she picked up the phone and gave me the codes to get into the apartment. Now, the apartment is in a great location, I was expecting a little more (I travel within the US for business and used to 2 bedroom hotel rooms/apartments), but understanding that is London, I guess is ok. It's one bedroom, bunk bed, kitchen, dining, sofa is all together in the same room, and bathroom is separate. Floor wasn't super clean, but not bad. So overall I would say is ok, but I was expecting more for the price we paid.

All apartments are described as "Studios" on the website - this means that they are studio apartments and not 2 bedrooms. You did not inform us of an early check-in for the Meet & Greet team, but accommodated in any case.

This apartment is in the basement, there are several very narrow stairs to reach to the street level and moving luggage up and down was very uncomfortable and I tripped and fell couple of times. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor. Bed sheets were not clean and the toilette area had used toiletery from looked like a long time ago. The location is good though. There is no housekeeping or anyone/ concierge as a matter of fact.

The basement apartment is named "Basement" and is priced lower than our standard apartments on the upper floors. The apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis unless requested, and the concierge is reached 24 hours by phone.

我訂了3個大人、2個小孩的房間,網站上註明的是一個加大雙人床、上下鋪、沙發床,實際入住發現是一張雙人床上下舖+沙發床。上鋪的高度約200公分高太危險了,小孩只能擠沙發床,但打開發現沒有床單、棉被、枕頭,最重要的是房間小到不行。打電話聯絡才知道入房時間很片面的規定下午4點才能入房,更誇張的是沒有任何地方能先寄放行李,這樣的設備與服務一個晚上要3百多英鎊很不值得。這次經驗,我不會再使用hotels.com的訂房服務,我覺得他們的篩選與旅館的資訊不實在。

Nous sommes arrivés le 21/4 , il n' y avait personne pour nous accueillir, mais nous le savions. Nous avions les codes pour retirer les clefs dans un coffre.. Appartement en entresol , sans vue,(sur la porte des poubelles)propre , sauf très humide , le chauffage n' était pas branché. Salle de bain extrêmement petite, mais à notre très grand regret sans chauffage! L' humidité de la douche de la veille ne séchait pas.Obligés de laisser la porte ouverte et de mettre le chauffage du couloir à fond pour se doucher. Deux grands lits en 120cms et non en 140cms!! Nous sommes repartis le 21/4 au matin , sans voir personne.
