Location, Location, Location! Just perfect. Fantastic links for the underground, overground, walking, Borough Market, The Shard, Theatres and Sky Garden. I will defiantly stay here again, and recommend to family and friends.

Normally, I stay in chain hotels but I wanted something near Borough Market and I'm so happy I found this place. My room was ample and very clean with amenities. Excellent service and very homey and cozy, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for our needs. Convenient for Borough Market, Thames walk, Shard, station etc.
Hotel has a nice feel. The reception and concierge staff were friendly, professional and polite.
Breakfast and coffee very good. Would stay again if in the area. Would recommend.

Compact and bijou room
Very convenient hotel close to London Bridge tube station. Room quite small and bathroom even small. Room was spotless and had all essential items. We were kept awake the first night by roadworks just outside the hotel which were out of the control of the hotel. The hotel was very apologetic and assured us there would not be roadworks for next two nights or they would have moved us. A fruit bowl and little box of sweets were sent to room as an apology. Overall lovely hotel.

Beautifully presented hotel with superb staff! Friendly and efficient.
The only negatives were -
TV feed cut out each evening and I had to call reception to have a staff member come and reboot the system. They did this efficiently but it was annoying that it kept happening.
Cupboard door to mini fridge was jammed closed and difficult to open. Needs a carpenter to refit it.
Bathroom room kept swinging open with an annoying creaking noise.
Minor quibbles which are easily resolved.
Overall, very much enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend the hotel.

Erittäin siisti ja kauniisti uudistettu hotelli Lontoon korkeimman pilvenpiirtäjän The Shardin juurella. Sisäpihan puolella huoneessa täysin hiljaista, edes muista huoneista ei kuulu mitään. Sijainti on aika kaukana kaikesta, mutta Tate Modern ja The Globe ovat kävelymatkan päässä.
Jos kävelee Thamesin rantaan, löytää useita kivoja ruokapaikkoja. Hotellin aamiainen on melko suppea valikoimaltaan, joten kannattaa poiketa jossakin houkuttelevassa kuppilassa ennen metroon hyppäämistä.
