Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Reservation was canceled with absolutely no notice to me. I was completely blindsided with no place to stay in London. I have rented VRBO properties in many countries. I have had hosts cancel, and they always notified me via the VRBO site. A heads up would have been gratefully appreciated. I never saw the property so I cannot speak to that.

Booked May 27 Cancelled by Owner July 16 6 minutes prior to checkin

The entire experience was horrendous. Zero communication from day of booking, May 27 through July 16. No way of direct communication. Owner unapologetically cancelled the reservation 6 minutes prior to checkin.
