不滿：整潔度
Horrible and did not even stay for 20 minutes.
This place was bot nice. We were supposed to stay 4 nights. Most expensive VRBO in Mayfair, so expected a real treat for the family. Location as advertised but the place was absolutely, horrifically, disgusting. Mold everywhere. Flood stained walls. They did not disclose that the lobby was under construction. No A/C in main area (2nd floor) and smelled like chlorine in bottom / basement (where all the bedrooms are). Disgusting sheets, hole in door in master directly to a “pool” that you couldn’t see 1 inch down that had not been cleaned in what looked like a year. Furniture looked and felt like it was a second-hand store. Workout room? Disgusting. Sheets? Barely fit beds and disgusting. The kind of place they film seedy videos. We stayed for about 15 minutes and had no choice but leave - walked down the street to four seasons. No chance I was going to have my family stay there. Ruined our long-planned family trip. Worse yet, zero response from the owner and manager on any complaint/concern. As soon as I made one complaint, I was completely ghosted. Do not stay here.
