Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice location, close to various forms of public transportation (train station, buses, underground). Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also close to restaurants and markets. We were on the lowest floor, and had access to a courtyard - this was a small space with no furniture so was not much of an added feature. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Cosy apartment at a great location
Cosy apartment at a great location. The size of the apartment wasn’t bad for london, especially given the location. Situated within short walking distance of several attractions, as well as tube stations and many bus stops. The concierge is warm and super helpful. I would surely recommend this place anyone visiting London

We stayed 14 days in London and we chose this property because rooms had a full Kitchen and also a bedroom. We were very comfortable they clean our room everyday and the staff at the front were very kind. We will be back for sure.

The location is excellent for access to the tube and local attractions around Kensington. It is quiet, safe and easy to access. The apartment we had was not like the photos, it was more run down, dated and felt a bit old. Very kind, helpful staff who were always available. I recommend this property to other travelers.

We just spent seven days at this property. The location is excellent and close to the South Kensington tube stop. After being with holiday crowds during the day it was nice to come back to this quiet area. It is close to restaurants, and two grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you. For making our sons first trip to London such a memorable one.

In general, the apartments are good. Great location, quiet, close to many restaurants and far from the metro. Good fresh repair. Everything is clean. Full kitchen with all appliances and utensils. The only minus is the old windows, from which it blows with a strong wind on the street. And water problems, very weak water pressure and it is difficult to regulate warm water, either cold or very hot. But this is a problem visible to all of London and old houses.

Stayed in a 2 BR apartment for a week, great location and amazing staff! Very close to several Underground stops and good restaurants. Nice and quiet location in the evening to relax. The only negative was the worn down condition in a few places, worn carpet, dirty walls, torn window curtains, slow draining shower, etc. Other than these minor issues, it was an amazing place to stay. Would stay here again next time in the future.

Property did not match pictures. Was expecting more luxe accommodations for the price we paid. Furniture was quite dated and the pillows were extremely flat.

Everything was good except for the fact that there is no lift to the basement floor. One of our main reasons for choosing this hotel was because of the easy access to the lift, however, sadly it was not available to us during our stay. Despite that, the room in which we stayed in was very clean and very comfortable. The quality of the furnishing made a very positive impression.

Great location and quiet
This apartment is a great value in a wonderful location. It is within walking distance of some free museums (Natural History, Science, etc) and the Kensington Palace. It is a 6 minute walk to the metro. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It is quiet and located at the end of a dead-end street. The negatives: the couch and carpet have many stains. Otherwise, everything else appeared to be clean.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Manson Place. The apartment was very nice, especially for such an affordable rate in the posh Kensington environment. The building itself is at the end of a dead-end street, lined by lovely flats. This meant the neighborhood was very quiet. Also, the building requires keycard access at night, which adds to a feeling of security. It’s also close to 2 tube stations: South Kensington and Gloucester Road. (S. Kensington is the easier, quicker walk.) Plenty of restaurants nearby; definitely try Muriel’s Kitchen! And the Manson Place staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Minor quibbles: No washcloths (for us Americans who like using those!), a confounding temperature control system, and all of the doors require doorstops to stay open—but there aren’t enough doorstops in the apartment! Again, these are minor quibbles that certainly didn’t prevent us from enjoying our time in London. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Manson Place is centrally located which makes getting around London a breeze. We were only a few minutes walk to the closest tube station that got us everywhere we wanted to be. Overall the apartment was clean, but there was some wear and tear that could have been touched up a bit. Having a full-sized working kitchen and washer and dryer was a huge place for my family of four. After walking around London we would usually have something with us to snack on or to have for breakfast the next morning. The fridge and microwave were a huge plus for us. Maria and Marta at the apartment were so helpful. I had questions before we got there and they replied quickly. If we're ever in London again we will definitely stay at Manson Place! Thanks for an amazing place to lay our heads each night.

Wonderful 'Manson Place' Stay
We very much enjoyed our 8-night stay at The Manson Place. The hotel is in a wonderful area, close to museums, restaurants and a tube station. Our "room" was a one-bedroom apartment that was quiet, clean, and very affordable compared to other properties in the Kensington area. We highly recommend Manson Place and hope to return!

This place was fantastic! Location was perfect one underground to most major London attractions which helped us massively with a toddler. Staff were really nice and helpful. Accommodation was exactly as it looked like in the photos. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

This property wax an excellent choice for our family of 5. Location in South Kensington was fantastic. Great shops and restaurants nearby, and of course close to the Tube. We stayed in the 3 Bedroom 2 bath penthouse and had plenty of room for all of us. London is an expensive destination, but I found that Manson Place was good value for location, space and quality of service. I would highly recommend, particularly for families.

Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was perfect, would have liked a TV in the bedroom. Bathroom had a shower/bath combo and the bath was really high to step into, would have preferred a room with just a shower. Location was perfect, close to the station and shops. Tiny lift but at least there was one.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at this very nice flat, while I was in London for a week of business. The flat had all modern amenities and a very comfortable bed (which is a high priority for me). The South Kensington location was ideal, quiet, so nice and only a block from cute and tasty restaurants. After a long day of work, it was so nice to come back to a spacious flat. I plan to stay here again.

To be fair, the residence management group upgraded us to 130 Queen’s Gate, not Manson Place. This one-bed apartment woth balcony was small but tidy & accommodates two double beds, one of which was a sofa bed. 24-hr manned reception allows to open the main gate anytime. There are two downsides. One is the water pressure is rather weak especially for shower. Another was a tiny hotel storage that was NOT able to keep the customer’s luggages upon check out, which usually available for many hotels. Considering price and luxuriness of this accommodation, such a lack of facility & service should be improved.

Feels rather at home but not so clean and new
Definitely not as advertised photos. Age of the property shows in the entire apartment. Only kitchen looks new and in good condition. Location suits us. Housekeeping not done a thorough job. Since we have a toddler, we have food crumbs left on the aged and dirty carpet in the living room for the entire week of stay. Walls are very thin, you hear neighbours walking up and down and slamming doors rather loud and disturbing left right and center. There were noises coming from upstairs apartment every late night with furniture moving etc. Front desk very friendly and helpful.
