Excellent small hotel

Another overnight stay at this excellent small hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable , good quality beds, friendly staff, handy location to Marble Arch tube. Stayed here numerous times now and the standard is always very high.

Excellent small hotel

Stayed at this hotel numerous times. Always very comfortable and absolutely spotlessly clean. Well equipped rooms with TV, hairdryers, good quality quiet wall mounted fans and coffee making facility.

Stayed in a previous hotel that work allocated me. Immediately left and checked in to the Marble Arch inn. Best decision I’ve made as the marble was fantastic. Clean, reasonably priced and friendly. Anyone looking for a trip to London on a budget look no further

Excellent little hotel

Great little hotel. Excellent value, excellent position, excellent staff. It hasn’t a lift or dining room if that’s what you need BUT for value for money EXCELLENT

Small but perfectly clean

For location the hotel is perfect just off Marble Arch handy for Hyde Park Oxford Street West End walkable, excellent. The rooms were tiny but just for sleeping in was fine. Beds were clean. Linen was clean and good condition no soap or shampoo in the shower and the room we had had a separate toilet down the corridor, which I hadn’t really noticed on booking - my fault - But was okay for the price. For a cheap night in central London, can’t go wrong. Tea and coffee facilities. Friendly staff - don’t expect to dine in!

Fine - photos flatter it

Photos are definitely deceptive… it’s not great. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fine! I didn’t feel unsafe, and it was clean enough.. but it’s all a bit of a dodgy setup. London hotel though so they can charge big money. Trying to check out was a hassle - had to phone someone, woke them up, then got told just to leave the keys behind the desk.. It was fine. That’s probably the best I can say about it.

Very small room

Very small room with shared bathroom and toilet. Clean hotel and helpful staff. We couldn't have our suitcase open in the room, except on the bed. Next time, i would find another place to stay.

Bed very uncomfortable and hotel very noisy, room was very clean including bathroom, room was in good condition but the rest of the hotel was in a run down state. Room felt that it was on a slope, which felt like you were forcing yourself to stay in bed. The whole hotel was crooked. I would rate this hotel at 6/10 due to being clean and reasonably priced

Overnight stay

Another comfortable stay at this brilliant hotel. Have stayed here many times, usually a couple of times a month for several years now. Cleanliness is 100%. The showers are absolutely sparkling, the rooms are very well equipped with a working tv, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities , wall mounted fan and even a bottle opener. Beds are good quality as is the white bedding and towels. The hotel is a couple of hundred yards from Marble Arch tube station at the west end of Oxford Street.

Couple of days in london

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years and I have always been very satisfied. It’s very clean , the beds are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the location is brilliant. Very near Marble Arch tube station. Great for a short stay in central London. However. there is no lift or dining room and there is a chance that there’s a few flights of stairs to your room. There is quiet pubs, cafes and restaurants very close by.

Snug twin room. Could have done with a lick of paint. Though beds very comfortable. Bathroom nice, though again on the tight side. Bedding and towels good. No lift, or breakfast, says B&B!!

Strong recommendations!

Perfect location for a vacation in the city center. Getting around the city is easy since there are plenty of bus and tube stops near the hotel. Reseption is always open which makes it easy to communicate ones needs to the staff. Hotel room was just what we needed. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Streets surrounding the hotel are a bit noicy sometimes (which is to be expected in a busy city center), that might disturb someones sleep. Would stay again at this hotel. Definitely recommend.

Great location but a bit dirty

GOOD: excellent location, quite newly renovated and clean bathrooms, possibility to air the room, reception available 24/7, warm water in shower, felt ok safe, towels changed and trash emptied every day, grocery stores / shops / tube and buses all very nearby BAD: carpeted floors were dusty and walls were dirty, rooms are very small and on top of that inconveniently decorated space wise, no help with the luggage from the staff Probably the best you can get with this budget in London these days.

Does not have a/c

I was under the impression that it would have air conditioning, as my search for this amenity included this property. Was very disappointed that it did not. Our first night was on the top floor, and it was extremely hot. We moved the next day to the ground floor, which was slightly cooler, but facing the street, so pretty noisy, since we had to have the window open. The walls of the room were not very clean, but the linens were clean. My bed sloped to the side, since it's against the wall, and most likely used as a couch and bed, no chair in the room, only a stool. Maybe the mattresses should be turned around every once in a while. But the location is great, and for the price, probably can't expect much more. Shower has good temp and pressure.
