Super bad！極度負評的住宿！要是有負分可給，一定給負分！

非常非常的糟糕！沒招牌難找外，且入住隔天還會要你換房間換更小間！三層房的房客全共用一間浴室，房間不便宜就算了，還非常非常小間，僅一張單人床的位置。另外熱水瓶也髒的要命不敢使用！切勿被照片給欺騙！

Clean and tidy but shabby shared house

For the price, it was just what we needed. A clean place to rest our heads for one night! It was a bit shabby however with light fittings falling off and stains on walls. Plug access was an issue as they all seemed to be behind desks or tje bed headboard. Internet was also very weak and often not accessible...however we have unlimited data so wasn't an issur for us.

Das Zimmer war eher von der kleinen Sorte, und obwohl ständig zwei Heizungen im Einsatz waren, wurde es nachts sehr Kühl im Zimmer. Die Dusche wurde gar nicht geheizt und war dementsprechend nicht nur kühl sondern regelrecht kalt. (Herbstzeit bei ca. 3° Aussen Nachttemperaturen) Als kurzfristige Unterkunft stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältniss.

Todo sucio, en las fotos parece que está en mejor estado. Las sábanas de la cama estaban manchadas y tuvimos problemas con insectos, en concreto con arañas. El baño muy pequeño y con accesorios rotos y oxidados.

Clean but noisy

The room was fine, clean and comfortable. The shower head attachment was broken making it hard to shower. The problem was that someone was coming in and out between 10pm and past midnight, talking really loudly. That was not ok. Hope the manger doesn’t do this on a daily basis, making it hard for guests to sleep.

Deluxe room review

As soon as we entered the room, the room smelled of something bad. The toilet doors were also broken so could not lock the door. Bed sheet had someones blood on it. Would not stay there again.

The accommodation is poorly kept. I booked many days in advance to attend a conference in ExCeL. On arrival I was given Room 11 which is a loft-conversion and had to protest to be given a better room for the night. When I left for the conference following morning and came back to be re-accommodated it was to the same room to which even a 5-footer (5ft tall) will struggle to stay without repeatedly hitting his/her head on the roof. I had to call Hotels.com that night for a refund. Certainly not recommended.

the price was jacked up because of the concert we went to. So not great value for money. If it was the normal £42 then it would have been fine .

This was a fantastic stay. The room was excellent value for money. I don't think I could have found anywhere else in this location in London for the price I paid. The gentlemen on the reception was really geat too. I would definitely recommend this hotel/B&B. Its also a great location to the Excel building with just a short bus journey away.

Hôtel d'une dizaine de chambre. Attention pas toujours de salle de bain dans la chambre ! Et pas de petit déjeuner non plus. Nous avions la chambre 8, et pas mal de choses déglinguées : poignée de porte, fenêtre, tuyau de douche, plafonnier mais c'est propre... Par contre notre chambre était située côté rue et il y a du trafic même la nuit donc attention à ceux qui ont le sommeil fragile !!

Spider web hotel

I didn’t expect a hotel room with spider web all around the room and the chadanlier in the room. They don’t even have a customer service at the front door. I have to call for them three time at the front desk.

Telefonnummer bei Expedia, um das Hotel zu erreichen, stimmte nicht. Erst nach Nachforschungen im Internet war der "Rezeptionist" erreichbar. Umfunktioniertes Einfamilienhaus- grobe Mängel! Leuchte im Schlafzimmer absolut schief und absturzgefähret, Teppichboden erzählt seine eigene Geschichte (barfuß darauf zu gehen ist NICHT emfehlenswert), Dusche kochend heiß, beim Schließen der Badezimmertür hatte man den ganzen Türgriff in der Hand, die Türe blieb also offen und die Funktion des Zimmerschlosses an sich war zweifelhaft. Riss durch das ganze Mauerwerk.

Bad state of repair

Not a very clean place. Had to use a pair of pliers to close window. Massive cracks in walls. Not impressed.
