There are 2 x KING size & 1 x Double beds with award-winning mattresses dressed in hotel quality linen for instant comfort. To add to that, we have black out blinds/curtains in every room of the house.

Streatham Common train station is a pleasant 9minute walk & takes you all over London to the sights!
The space
When you enter through the front door the hallway welcomes you to the spacious bedrooms with high Victorian ceilings, one after the other.

Bedroom 1

There is a king size bed, large wardrobe with hangers, side table, phone charging lamp and snug rug. Black out blinds.

Bedroom 2

There is a king size bed, large wardrobe with hangers, side table, phone charging lamp and snug rug. Black out blinds.

Bedroom 3

There is a double bed, large mirror & black out blinds.

Bathroom

The bathroom is easily accessible and can be found a little further on, with bathtub & shower. There is a face mirror, with light and toothbrush/shaver socket. Toilet roll and hand towels are provided.

Kitchen/Diner

The kitchen has space enough to gather and spread out, prepare food & cook. It is fully equipped with microwave, kettle and toaster. Olive oil, salt and pepper are provided. Tea towels are also provided. There is a standing fridge/freezer, everything required to cook and prepare a meal.

Solid table and 4 chairs to sit around.

The Garden Room

The extension lets in a lot of natural light & is the perfect place to chill out. With the wide screen TV hanging on the wall, Netflix & Disney + are just a touch of the remote away. The sofa is comfy, and practical as it pulls out into a double sofa bed, and surrounded by black out curtains to shut it all out. From the windows you can look out into the garden.

The garden is a suntrap, private yet very London townhouse with a cute patio and grass area.

Front door into the apartment, pass the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen area and living room until you arrive to the terraced garden.
