Well located place to stay
Apartment is fairly good. Modern design overall with generally good quality furniture etc. Problems on first day. Despite booking for 3 people (2 adults and teenager) via Hotels.com - it took 6 phone calls to have bedding made available for use with the sofa bed. Told us was our fault for not letting them know that we would want to use the sofa bed. Where else was the teenage child supposed to sleep? Hotels.com and the Natives need to sort out the communication because my booked was clear and the inconvenience cost me a couple of hours of my time trying to sort through multiple operatives. Other issues with fridge and soiled sofa detracted a little from the apartment. Overall though, a decent stay in a pleasant part of town which makes lots of central London in walking distance. Nice staff who were helpful especially cleaning staff.

Good albeit communication could have been better
Relatively it was good. Nonetheless we find the communication could hv been better. For example after our booking was made, we didnt hear from the operator on the arrangement ie how to access to the apartment etc, not until we visited them 2 weeks prior to our stay to enquire on the necessary. Secondly, we hv sent an email a day earlier to request for a late check out, only to receive the reply after 24hr ie after we hv left the apartment.

Awesome London location
Awesome location (for wining, dining, shopping and sight seeing). Staff were polite and efficient, especially Simona. Could do with a little freshening up of the furnishings. My preferred place to stay in London.

The convenient location, AC, and up-to-date kitchen were welcome. Disappointed with the condition of the property and the impression of a lack of effort by the staff to solve the issue so that we would have a pleasant stay. The blinds in the bathroom were mouldy and rotten, but no solution was presented over the six nights we stayed there. To be frank, the property has clearly gone through a fair number of guests and could do with a freshening overall. The bathroom towels were threadbare and the area rug in the living room curled up at the edges, acting as a tripping hazard. On one memorable evening, the lift doors would not close and one of us had to fix the rubber gasket back into place to get the doors to close.

Very nice apartment! Unfortunately I didn't get their mail with entry code and key lockbox code, so wasted an hour in the late evening to get those codes and only got in bed by midnight :-(

First off we enjoyed our stay here and might do it again, but the Go Natives operation needs better guest satisfaction management. Guest welcoming at Go Native Mayfair is non existent. Upon arrival a woman let is in, handed us the key card, immediately and without a word whirled and disappeared into a locked chamber. The instruction packet showing the suite's location unreadable cursive script. Most hospitable accommodations will actually show you to your room and briefly acquaint you with its amenities. Our suite was nicely furnished and clean except for a few spots on the upholstery, though the suite was not as fully furnished as the online photos - nonetheless all was comfortable enough so no complaints there. There were lots of non working lights and switches, most we repaired after we called. We might return there but they need to review their management style too.

Ideal for west-end and that extra living space
Perfect location for anyone visiting London and wanting to be in the West End. The apartment is in a small cul de sac so that you do not hear local traffic buzzing pass the building at all hours. Much nicer than staying at a hotel as the studio sitting room/kitchen set up gives you that extra space.

Great place, a few niggles
The apartment was very spacious, pleasant and in a great location. Very handy for Oxford St etc but also quiet at night. In my place, the wifi only worked in the living area and not in the bedroom which was a bit of a nuisance. Also the email with entry instructions was not sent. No one responded to the phone number that was on my reservation for the address and I had to spend a half an hour on hold with the booking agency whilst they tracked down someone who could help me. The email informing me of my departure time, however, came through promptly :) I strongly recommend that you provide a coffee maker or cafetiere as many people don't like instant coffee.

The room was very nice, perfect for a couple and had more than we thought. Sky tv, Wifi, Telephone. perfect location. very good price. only thing dirty was the showerheads. working in legionella control i found this a bit poor.

Hotels.com unprofessional and lacking integrity
Guaranteed a balcony with city views on Hotels.com search engine booking but the apartments have no such rooms. Very disappointed. Hotels.com completely dismissed the issue taking no responsibility. Go Native Mayfair did take responsibility & ensured Hotels.com reimbursed 15% of cost. House keeping excellent. Safe needed new battery from the beginning of the stay & never attended to. No guide to appliances within the apartment & this proved a challenge. Phone did not work at all & never attended to. Front door faulty & 24hr security promised but guard did not check when I entered the facility on all but one occasion as the manager said he was supposed to do. Cameras in operation I was told but this was not reassuring if one doesn't know the cameras are being watched.

Dear Guest. I'm sorry that you had so many problems during your stay at Go Native Mayfair. As you confirm we did ensure that you received some reimbursement for the problems with Hotels.com. We don't have City views, but the apartments are located in the heart of Mayfair which has a History dating back almost 500 years. You can walk in the footsteps of French Kings, British Queens or International literary giants, all of whom have lived and visited Mayfair during its illustrious existence. We did have a fault with the front door during the stay, but I can assure your all our security guards are trained to check the authenticity of our guests, without the need for intrusiveness. It was nightmare not stay
It was my biggest mistake chosing this go native for stay no service i didnt even get a key to my place during my stay they said the key machine is not working and you have to call us every time to let you access your room! And i spent the 4 awfel nights looking for someone to open the door for me without hearing from then a sorry word but for chick out they start 10:30 am nocking the door on me to chick out even before the actule time which was 11 Am i advice hotel.com to remove this taype of accomdation from thier list just not to trick customers i am realy upset of this stay

Dear Guest I'm so sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay at Go Native Mayfair serviced apartments. It is an unmanned property in the heart of London, one of the most sought after areas in the world. We don't provide the same services as hotels, but provided a home from home where you can live independently during your stay. Having said that we do provide a daily clean and a concierge is available Monday to Friday in the afternoon. They can deal with any issues that you may have. Unfortunately our key card system did malfunction for several days and that may have been inconvenient. A tranquil backwater in the middle of the west end which was absolutely perfect for our one night stay...we were so disappointed we had to leave. Attempted to rebook immediately for new year but fully booked...not unsurprising. Will certainly be our premier choice when staying in the west end. Fantastic!!!!

Good location but some improvements needed
Great location very close to Hyde park, shopping, attractions, and dinning. Needs improving with the Hot water as there is often times where the units have No Hot water. We have stayed multiple times at this property each stay last more than 3+ weeks. There is no reception and also no luggage storage at this property. For a 5 star listed property the daily clean and service is more reflective of a 4 1/2 star listed property. This in mind I would still stay again but the value for money spent is not as high as one would hope.

Nice and comfy apartment, excellent location
Because of the great experience I had in GoNative, I decided to look for similar hotel concepts wherever I travel. I'm a person who likes to get things done by himself, so it's so great to self check in-out without getting into the awkward moments of waiting at the reception, exchanging made up smiles, wondering if the front disk employee would find a room or would get you the room you wanted. I arrived at go native and opened the outside door using the code sent to my email, and found the apartment's keys in an envelop inside a the keys safe box. The suite was clean, and comfy. It has a complete kitchen and a laundry washing machine. Housekeeping staff are very nice and friendly. I haven't met any of the in charge management over there. If you are undemanding person who doesn't need room service and people cook for him when needed, and you plan your trips very well and keep your daily needed things handy, then this place is an excellent choice.

Excellent service apartments for extended stays. Great amenities inside suite. The location could not be more desirable. Very close to major attractions, transportation, shopping, groceries and restaurants and entertainment. Very safe and quiet location. Tip to property-- Please label instructions on the unit air conditioning monitor system. The system alarm had gone on Several times during the middle of the night. There were No instructions or manual provided for these issues. Overall excellent property ! We will definitely stay again.

Apartment was clean & modern. Location can't get any closer to the shopping. The only problem is there is no concierge service. If you arrive before 3:00pm check in time & you need to drop off your luggage. You can't! Luckily the Marriott was right around the corner & the concierge staff there let us leave our luggage until the room was ready for check in!..

Absolutely loved it.
What a wonderful experience! This property has everything, fabulous amenities, perfect location, excellent staff, this exeeded our expectations in every way. Our room was beautiful, a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen in a classic building about a block from the American Embassy in lovely Mayfair. It's a short walk from Oxford Street, where it's so easy to shop for anything, including groceries to stock the fridge! The concierge was very helpful with our requests. This truly was outstanding and we will certainly stay again.
