Entire apartment to yourself. It provides a welcoming and homely feel for guests. Free street parking. Modern toilet/shower room with an electric shower.

Ideal for employees working away from home, contractor digs, corporate and business stays, couples and professionals

The accommodation comes with heating, table and chair, Smart TV/Netflix, fresh towels, bed linen, also own kitchen with a microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and cookware provided in the kitchen. Guests have the facilities to be self-sufficient.

For those who prefer dining out, there are many eateries within a 10-minute walk. The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, and there is free street parking.

Located in Carshalton Beeches, the apartment is within a 30-minute train journey from London Victoria and London Bridge. Carshalton Beeches Station is 0.4 miles away, Carshalton Station is 0.8 miles away, Wallington Station is 0.9 miles away, and Sutton is 1.74 miles away.

Westcroft Leisure Centre is a 10 minute walk and has health and fitness suite, squash courts, swimming pool. There are also several beautiful parks locally, including Oaks Park and golf course.

The property is located just a short walk from Carshalton Village and Ponds, providing a wealth of local shops, restaurants, leisure, and recreational facilities. St Nicholas shopping centre is just a 5-minute drive away.

Epsom Downs Racecourse, Wimbledon Tennis. Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Knighstbridge, Hyde Park, Oxford Street, Marble Arch and Piccadilly can all be reached by public transport, together with the Natural History Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum and the Science Museum.

The nearest airport is London Gatwick, 30 minutes away by road. Heathrow Airport is a 1 hour 5 minutes away by road. Please make provision for traffic during busy/rush hours.

Realyy nice cosy little flat

Finished to a good standard, has everything you need. Lovely characterful spiral staircase on entry, steep stairs lead up to charming bedroom in the eaves! Delightful.
