Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations. I just wish they had daily room service. Other than than, great place, great value

Nice location and good sized room. Clean. Took off a star as the lighting in the room and bathroom was not great, and there was sometimes a weird smell coming from the drains (I think). It has air conditioning, which was essential when I was there.

The rooms were clean, in modern design, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Location is great and the rooms are all modern, spotless and comfortable. The beds are huge and incredibly comfortable. The reception staff are lovely, really friendly and very helpful and the pantry area for snacks and emergency items is a great idea. If I had one piece of feedback it would just be that it would be useful to have some instructions for things like the aircon and boiling water tap but I would definitely stay there again.

Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. It is a tiny room with a treadmill and a couple light dumbbells. They would be better off affiliating themselves with a local gym and give us passes than the “fitness centre” being advertised onsite. Other than that, would highly recommend to friends and colleagues.
