It's clean and a good bargain if you are willing to be a little further away from central London. I booked a single, and the bed was much larger than a single (great!) but not quite as big as double. The room said it had a desk in it, but there isn't (just a note if anyone is expecting one to work on). The elevator rings/chimes quite loudly anytime anyone gets on/off on that floor which woke me up a few times, but other than that it was quiet. I slept very comfortably and had a perfectly pleasant experience.

The staff was very nice but the picture I saw were very deceptive. There was stains on the wall near the trash can, mildew residue by the shower. The remote control was greasy and to to top it off the pillow smelled like sweat

My stay was restful. The only thing I would change is putting a shelf in the shower, there was nowhere to put the shampoo or soap, and you had to open the shower door to reach them off the sick, and water would go all over the floor. The pillows were flat and had no filling. I just used 3 for 1.

I liked how close it was to St Georges Hospital within walking distance. Very quiet. Staff extremely helpful. It was very clean. The only thing I would have liked is a hairdryer, and the pillows were a little flat. I was there alone so I just used 3 pillows to make one decent one. I could have asked at reception although it was a small issue for how nice the hotel was, and how the staff had been. Very easy check in.

Cleanliness and comfort good, staff polite and friendly. I stayed in a cosy double, comfortable for just myself, would have been too cramped for one person. Not enough storage - need more hangers, drawers,and shelving in shower. Noise levels low, even though my room was near lift, and I stayed over Easter weekend. Also, had window open at night and noise low. On site restaurant would have been good, especially for breakfast.

Very nice hotel, staff always greeting, bed and room is comfortable, maybe the hotel could put usb chargers in the wall as a suggestion and the hotel will be perfect! Thanks for a wonderful time.

Lovely staff. Clean , comfortable room. Excellent location for visiting hospital.parking was easy on the road outside . Parking meters take card payments. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Love that you could talk to the high street and if you wanted easy to get the bus that stops right outside, place was clean as well, also had a smart TV. However we did book a queen size bed all we got was a small double, and the room was much much smaller then expected, not really like the pictures.

Executive room but dirty carpets
W e booked an Executive room for 2 nights these rooms are more expensive. Whilst the staff are lovely and polite the carpets in the room.need either a good clean or refurbishing. Stains all over it and not pleasant to.look at. Bathrooms very clean with required toiletries and some great free TV channels

Was really convenient for the hospital. Large room with extras like iron etc. Was very hot even with the air con turned down & you could not open the windows; shower was not warm & one of the bed frames was broken

We booked two rooms with Queen Beds but got double beds which are significantly smaller. Also, the rooms were quite small, which might explain the lack of Queen size beds in those particular rooms. A nice gesture to compensate would have been nice. I brought it up to the receptionist but didn't hear anything back. I would have rated it 5 stars otherwise.

I like the hospitality from the staffs service, but the only thing I will like the hotel to do is to attached a soap holder or shower gel holder in the bathroom and there should be absolve wash hand liquid soap in the bathroom as well

Great pit stop if you're using St Georges Hospital. Have used them twice this year and will be happily returning for another stay in a few months time. Staff lovely, even pre-booked a taxi for me when I checked out.

The room was in poor condition carpets dirty and stained, room smells of smoke. Television unable to change channels or turn the volume up or down. The shower water only just above lukewarm And dirty on the lower hinges.

Incredible short stay with partner in hospital
Found this hotel last minute as my partner was admitted to St George’s Hospital and we live far away. Booked for one night but ended up extending by another night next morning. My partner’s mother also wanted to stay after seeing him and I phoned up the hotel to see if she could stay in my double room which they happily accomodated for. The hotel and room itself was great for the price that is was, amazing value for money for sure. The receptionist Danielle was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. I could cry writing about how she felt like an angel in the middle of quite a hectic few days in hospital. She helped book me in the second night, and when I said I had a meeting online that would finish at 11(check out time) she reassured me and popped a note on my booking that I would check out by 11:30. She genuinly lifted away all my stresses and anxieties when I needed it the most and I will be forever grateful for her.

Excellent hotel !
Lovely hotel very close to St George’s Hospital ( 3 minutes walk from main entrance). Room was large, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Convenient, basic, clean
Basic, but clean and convenient. Very noisy from outside but hospital work takes priority and so that usnt a complaint. If you book here, just be aware its accommodation for hospital workers as well as a hotel due to proximity to the hospital.
