nice place to stay, literally next to train station and bus stop.
Lots of dining places nearby.
Nice and friendly staffs.
And best of all, …. the breakfast!
I enjoyed my stay at the Premiere Inn Kings Cross. Location is perfect for connecting to trains. Was a busy area but felt safe. Little city noise as expected. The room was clean and spacious.i would recommend it to someone wanting to be near the train station.
Located just steps from King’s Cross Station, this is a great place to base your London stay. Walking distance to the Harry Potter Store at Platform 9 3/4 or the British Museum or short trips via Tube or Bus to all major sites. Staff is very helpful- one even walked my postcards to the nearest post box for me! Excellent full English breakfast buffet can be included in hotel price.
The Hotel was very clean and central with many restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. However I do have a caution about the bathtubs. For mobility impaired or simply older guests who are not as agile as younger guests, the bathtubs are very high-sided and narrow, and are very slippery without rubber mats.
The room was perfect for our family. The staff was exceptional. They really took care of us and especially Ms Natalie is the hidden gem of the hotel, always asking what she can do better for us and with a wonderful smile. Please give a promotion to Ms Natalie!
Super comfy beds (which, let's be honest, is the whole point of accommodation). The room was excellent, hotel facilities and staff were great. Excellent location too.

Disliked: Staff & service
Our room smelled like mold upon entering. We mentioned this to staff who said they would have maintenance drop by, also the heating system did not work, fortunately they had a portable radiator in the room. We don’t believe maintenance came by during our stay. Also asked if we could relocate to a different room and staff made us feel this was not an option.
On a positive note the breakfast was very good, staff were polite and helpful and the selection and quality of food was excellent.
Property management was excellent and rooms were well maintained relative many other hotels in London best is proximity to restaurants and transportation
Staff were lovely, breakfast was great and a good deal with ‘kids eat free’
Beds were comfortable and room and bathroom were very clean. Also very convenient for public transport.
The hotel was in a great location with easy access to trains and the tube for getting around London. Our Eurostar train got cancelled, and we were able to book 2 extra nights, being we couldn't get to Paris. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a perfect start to each morning and was worth the cost. I will definitely stay here again if I am near King's Cross.
