The room was extremely small and the sofa bed had stains on it. Otherwise the room was very clean. The location was fantastic, but super noisy. We could hear other guests above us, next door and the traffic from the street. Kitchen was great, but very little room for 4 people.

Room was lovely, updated and new, kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed. My only concern was the bed, old worn out uncomfortable lumpy spring mattress and the top blanket/accent quilt had visible stains (looked like pasta sauce), we just removed it. Was such a contrast with rest of the apartment that was immaculate. They went all the way with everything then seem to stop at the bed? Strange. But great location, super pretty street and a scenic 10 min walk to the Underground.

We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.

The room was very modern and clean. It was perfect for our requirements. Our only issue was the fact that we got our check in instructions when we were waiting outside out the premises after having to contact customer service. Perhaps emailing the info out earlier in the day would be better.

Room was spotlessly clean, everything worked well, kitchenette was great, bathroom was spacious and everything worked well. Room was quiet despite it's location.Overall very good value for money and a very nice, clean, tidy room with everything provided in working order. Only negatives were the bed comfort (mattress) and the fact that the Aircon could not be adjusted (apparently it can only be adjusted between May and September, otherwise it is locked) meaning the room was uncomfortably warm at night. Windows could be opened, but the room sits on one of the busiest roads in London, so your trade off is either a verywarm room or a very noisy one at night. Otherwise I would recommend, but with the provision that you book a room at the rear of the property, and not at the front which does sit on the busy road.

Lovely place & great location for us. Everything we needed was in the apartment & I liked how they used the space. Very thoughtful in this respect. The sofa bed could have been a little more comfortable, but I’ve slept (or not) on worse.

Property was great . The 394$ mandatory cleaning fee that wasn’t mentioned was not great. I only stayed 2 nights so it was like adding another charge for an extra day. This cost should have been mentioned up front with all related fees. Not ok!

This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend
