**The apartment has a really spacious and colourful living room with a modern contemporary feel to it. There is a comfy sofa bed that fits 3 people and a large private balcony with views towards canary wharf and the city for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax!

**Fancy an evening off? Then sit back, relax and turn on the 60' inch flat screen TV. There are plenty of channels for you to enjoy, especially BT sports.

** There is also a world-class rooftop area on the development with 360 degrees views of London, you must experience it **

**The living area is also home to the dining area, which is the perfect spot to enjoy some local delicacies. Top tip, try out the local cuisine near the docks, and spend an evening at St. Katherines docks with a queue of restaurants.

**If cooking a gourmet meal at home is more your thing, then rest assured the kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments, and as an added extra we make sure that there is also always plenty of tea, coffee and sugar so that you can make yourself a traditional British cuppa in the morning!

**There are also all the mod-cons such as toaster, kettle and dishwasher that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London!

**Please be aware that though the entire flat is for hire, you will not have access to the bedroom itself since that is where I will store my personal belongings. You will have access to the very comfortable sofa bed with all other amenities and access to everything else. This is a comfy triple sofa bed in the living room with comfy linens and fluffy pillows.

**Finally, the property also benefits from 1 bathroom, bright and contemporary in style with a bath (which really is a treat in central London)! The bathroom will always come stocked with plenty of white fluffy loo rolls and all the essential toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap that you need to ensure that you have a comfortable stay in London.

**The apartment comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, so that you can look fresh for exploring the city or for any business meetings!
