The staff was amazing - from check in to maintenance. Within 1 hour of us arriving, we had maintenance at our door because we took a shower and it was leaking into the unit below. Our shower had to be taped off with plastic because there were loose tiles. The bathroom smelled of mildew. The location was great and if I wasn’t so hot, this probably would have been a good place to stay. But the windows only opened a few inches so it was impossible to get any cool air in. There was one fan but it was very low output and didn’t help move air around. Overall the cost was good but it definitely was more run down. We also had the fire alarm go off and beep many times throughout our stay due to the heat wave. And the out side door had to be propped open to prevent the fire alarm from repeatedly going off so it felt less secure being the first unit on the ground floor.
