flat was spotless and staff were courteous, but beware its still a building site and the security access to the property is appalling. All entrances to the property were left open and the only security was the front to the flat. Rubbish disposal not provide (i.e. skip) and everyone uses the public road litter with is illegal

I wasn't prevented from staying in the accommodation due to an error from the host advertising the listing for the apartment as 18+ but was actually 25+ I paid the rental fee but was not able to stay in the accommodation due to this.

La zona a nosotros nos pareció perfecta porque no queríamos estar en el bullicio. Stratford es un barrio majo, tienes un Tesco justo abajo y la estación de metro, tren y bus a 12 minutos caminando tranquilamente, por lo que si llegas en bus del aeropuerto no tienes que coger ningún transporte más. El apartamento estaba perfectamente limpio y tenía todo lo necesario. Es cierto que hay unos andamios que rodean parte del edificio pero no afectaba en nada, salvo que quieras pasarte tu estancia mirando por la ventana. La comunicación con la empresa a través de Vrbo fue correcta. Hubiese agradecido las instrucciones de entrada un poco antes de las 15 horas, no por entrar antes, sino por tenerlas antes de llegar, pero como llevábamos internet ya en el móvil tampoco fue un problema. En general no entendí las críticas leídas sobre este apartamento, pero nuestra experiencia ha sido genial. Y la fianza ha sido devuelta en 3 días (con el finde en medio). Por cierto, el sofá cama no es lo más nuevo del universo, pero mi hija que tiene 18 años durmió perfectamente las 4 noches, y la ropa de cama y toallas muy limpitas, que eso para nosotros es súper importante. También dejaron las amenities habituales y solubles (café, leche en polvo y azucar).
