Great location ! 5 min walk train station & bus stop 2 mins. This location is on the main rd so expect to hear police sirens or ambulance sirens throughout the day & night. 20min walk to Marble Arch and Hyde Park. Central enough that you can take train to tourist attractions -20-35 mins max. Self serve for extra towels, soaps, tea bags or cups always stocked up. Security passcode to get in building and security passcode for your unit. Elevator did not work during my stay. Would have been nice to be informed about that. I was on the 5th floor so I had to carry luggages 6 flights stairs. The girl working the desk was kind enough to assist. The day I was leaving … I had asked in chat box on app and the answer was no that that service was not available. I struggled bringing my luggage down those stairs alone & when I got to the bottom - to see that there was someone just sitting behind the desk … was quite frustrating.

Very convenient and comfortable
Perfect. For a solo traveler or a couple that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Edgeware tube station across the street as well as Cafe Nero and grocery stores and restaurants. Great location

For a busy street like edgware road, you will need soundproof windows to get a good nights sleep. Surely for a place as lively as London this isn’t really an option but, the windows could use some more work to soundproof it. Other than that, the place had great access to Edgware road station for anyone who wishes to use the London tube. Would’ve also been nice if room service were to be available for daily room cleaning overall 3/5

Buildings are small in London so we do our best to disclose that guests may encounter some noise from other units as well as street noise. We outfitted every unit with white noise machines and earplugs are available on request in case the sound becomes bothersome. Whatever you need, we're here for you 24/7.

As indicated in previous section, check in was not very professional. Not aware from Expedia booking that it was not a hotel. Very few outlets, had to look for them behind furniture. Very noisy. Difficulty adjusting the temperature. Pictures were misleading.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE PHOTOS! Hotel is dirty, bad carpet, just overall bad! The cancellation policy is a rip off, if you try to cancel upon arrival and finding out what a nightmare it is, they do not offer any refund.

Reflects the photos and description very well. Edgeware Road has lots of middle eastern restaurants but is a brisk 15 min walk into the shopping night life spots. Although the tube is literally around the corner and is mind blowingly easy with staff well trained in accessibility and helping navigate your trip. Sonder staff were so lovely and helpful and i had my morning coffee at the COSTA downstairs. My room was bigger than expected and everything worked without a hitch. The road isnt that loud and I didnt hear my neighbours at all. I was nervous initially due to previous online reviews I had read so I am happy to report any downfalls mentioned by prior guests have since been resolved. I stayed on the 4th floor.

Avoid avoid avoid!!
Possibly the worst Hotels.com experience in 10+ years of booking. Sonder business model relies on no staff present but this is not explicit anywhere in Hotels.com descriptions. As a result check in is convoluted with multiple personal info e.g selfie photo/drivers licence photo , repeated email/cellphone upload additional to existing Hotels.com booking. Deluxe room booked but it had 1 x 1m wide window, tiny bathroom, broken chair, roomsafe in wardrobe but unsecured so could be walked off with! No room keys but instead a 4 digit code - OK in principle until a strange man enters that code in at 4 am! NB street access is also a 4 digit code but Costa Coffee branch below allows unfettered access during their business hours so security is compromised. Finally at 8.30am fire alarm requires evacuation to the street awaiting fire brigade arrival. No staff present but 20 minutes later a text from Sonder advising evacuation! In a real fire this property is dangerous. It should not be listed on a reputable reservations site.

Good Base in London
Nice base right next to Edgeware Station. Little Venice is only a 10 minute walk away and loads of places to eat! Quite a safe neighbourhood.

The room was clean and nice but looked much much bigger in the photos, it was very tight for the 2 of us to move around in. The shower was exceptionally small for my 6ft tall partner. Nonetheless it did what we needed it to. However we were sadly unable to get a late check out. There was someone at reception when we arrived and when we left so that was helpful as well as communicating with a staff member via text.
