Disappointed
To start with the positives, check in process and communication with the host was excellent.
Unfortunately certain aspects left a lot to be desired, king sized beds with double sized sheets and duvets led to a really uncomfortable restless first night.
The sofa bed in the lounge was really uncomfortable to sit on, the tv system would not work just constant buffering even when system rebooted as per instructions.
Coffee machine was dirty when put away by cleaners.
Horrible smell from the drain in the en-suite shower.
Generally we were really disappointed with the flat, it is described as luxury but overall fixtures finish and decoration were far from that.

Southfields stay
We all loved the apartment and location! Everything was clean, directions were clear, and we had everything we needed. There was a little difficulty getting our check-in information, but it was likely more a VRBO issue than a host issue. When I was able to speak with him, he was very helpful and gave clear instructions. Thank you for a great stay!
