Property features

• Spacious one-bedroom flat with separate kitchen and living room: 540f/50sqm
• Recently renovated to high specifications: incl. new bathroom, new kitchen and new double glazed sash windows.

10-min walk to Denmark Hill station (Zone 2) for fast, direct services to Victoria (10-min ride), Blackfriars (12-min); connects to London Bridge (23min) via Peckham Rye. Denmark Hill station also offers direct London Overground services to: Clapham High Street, Clapham Junction; Whitechapel, Shoreditch and Canary Wharf (via Canada Water).

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked not to make excessive noise. A noise abatement policy is in effect between 9 pm and 7 am. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they arrived.

If you leave the property at a late time or other than the scheduled time, 11:00 am on the last day, without prior mutual agreement, you will be charged a £55 reminder fee.

If the above policies are not followed, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in the property.
