Great spot for our 2 night stay in London. Close to lots of shops, restaurant, and transportation. No A/C, but was great during our September stay. Room was great, nice to have a kitchen area!

The studio was clean and convenient. I only stayed there 1 night. The apartment is super small. They put me in an apartment in the basement near the kitchen and with windows facing the street. This made for a very noisy place to sleep, especially if you visiting for work. This place is good if you are in a pinch and in a convenient neighborhood but I doubt I would stay here again.

Third time staying here. Staff great. Arrived early and they hold on to your luggage until check in but our room was ready so managed to get in, unpacked and out. Plenty storage, fridge (greatly appreciated as London was roasting) and other kitchen utensils but we didn't use as we ate out Looking to get booked again for next year!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the noise levels overall were okay! The room could have been cleaner but it was all okay. The location is right near tube stations and has a handful of lovely pubs and places to grab food The biggest downside was the bed! The mattress was damaged/soft on one side so with two us staying it was rather uncomfortable and very easy to roll out the bed accidentally! There was also a fire alarm issue one morning that persisted for a good amount of time.

Having my own studio whilst visiting London really made the stay more authentic. Having a laundry on the premises was a complete lifesaver (Note: only open from 8am-8pm), and the location was top notch! I will definitely be back!

Even though our original accommodation was meant to be at North Gower but had to change to Cartwright Gardens due to maintenance, it was very nice and close to all amenities. They were very accommodating finding us a room on the lower level so that we did not have to cart our luggage up 4 flights of stairs.

Room was clean. Bathroom is teeny tiny (like sit sideways tiny, and I am short). Hot water and water pressure were amazing! Excellent location, close to Euston Station, lots of Indian restaurants, walkable to many West End shows (about half hour walk), about 15 min walk to British Museum. We stayed 4 nights, no housekeeping. You can ask for new towels, but they require you to bring the used ones back. Tiny hallways and our room had 4 stairs almost immediately at the door to descend into the room. Room had microwave, oven, fridge, lots of shelves and a wardrobe. Cutlery and dishware for 2, also an electric kettle. I would say it is unsuitable if you have mobility issues. Overall, good! Much less expensive than many other places, so you have to expect some issues. But it was clean and conveniently located.

The staff are very polite and helpful. Very nice room.it was clean and tidy and the fan was on when we entered which kept the room cool which was a nice touch. The only problem i had was the layout of the room and bathroom (the bathroom was a bit small and there isnt really enough room to walk around the bed if you need to) but otherwise great stay.

Second time staying here. Perfect for my requirements and excellent value for money. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The room was well equipped. The bed was a bit bouncy and the bathroom was tiny but all perfectly functional.

Although these apartments are quite small, the price and location is perfect! So close to Euston station! The rooms were spotless and the staff were fantastic. Would 100% stay here again on our next visit!
