My family stayed at the apartment for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay. The property is 5 minutes walk from Earl’s station. The check-in instruction was thorough. We had no problem to check-in contactlessly. We were able to check-in earlier which was very helpful. The only down-side I can think of is the building’s sound proof may not be the best. We lived on the first floor. We could hear people talking in the hallway, or even people on the street at night. However, it didn’t bother us that much since we were tired and no problem to fall in sleep because of sightseeing London during the day. Overall, it was an excellent experience. We would recommend The Carlyle to anyone who travel with families.

Stayed 2 wks at The Carlyle, it was great location...3min walk to Earl's Court Tube station. Nice apartment. Clean, comfortable place to return to after a long day in London having so much fun. Lots of nearby food choices from American fast food to great pubs. Our contact person at The Carlyle was great...quick responses any time we had a question or need. Grocery stores, pharmacy, bus stops all within a 5-10 min walk. There were 4 of us in 4bdrm apartment. We all agreed we would definitely stay there again. Earl's Court is a great, safe area in west end of London. We really enjoyed our time in a great apartmenr in a great neighborhood. One suggestion, if you're staying very long, plan to pay for extra linen service or bring towels w you as each rm is supplied w 2 lg towels and 2 hand towels, no washcloths. Washer/dryer in apartment was helpful since we were staying for 2wks.

I was in London visiting an old friend for three days. The apartment was perfect! The location was convenient and very close to tube station so we found it very easy to get around and see and do all the things we were interested in. It was also nice to have so much space to lounge around in. I think the walls were showing a bit of wear and in need of a paint job but that was the only thing I noticed and it was minimal. Both beds in the bedrooms were very comfy. The couch was comfy. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotlessly cleaned. The apartment has everything you need. We had our breakfasts and one light dinner in the apartment. Sainsbury and M&S food hall close by. Although there is no concierge visibly present, you only have to call the number and will be helped right away. My friend got lost at one point but was able to make her way back to the apartment and was helped immediately to get back into the apartment and then I was called to be apprised of the situation. So helpful and appreciated. I was extremely happy with my stay and would definitely stay here again. I also felt it was very good value. Reasonable price for what you are getting.

Excellent Stay in London!
We had a wonderful 6 night stay at The Carlyle - Earls Court. We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The location is just amazing. The Earls Court tube station is just a 4 minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Working with the Carlyle team was such a pleasure. They provided clear communication throughout the process and leading up to our check-in. And were constantly available via WhatsApp for anything we needed. Elena in particular who we worked with, was just wonderful. She was so helpful and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I so highly recommend this property for your stay in London. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at Carlyle. Very spacious accommodations, modern furnishings. 3 bedroom/2 bath was perfect for the 6 of us. Nice surprise with extra toilet/powder room. Agree with some of the other comments that you can hear road noise from bedrooms. No more than 5 minutes to underground and felt very comfortable walking in the area. Staff were also excellent to deal with and very quick to respond to all my questions.

We had a lovely stay at one of the 2-bedroom apartments at the Carlyle. The property management team was fantastic at communicating and answering all of our questions before we even had a chance to ask them! They were so kind as to allow us to drop off our bags a little bit ahead of check in time and also gave us an extra hour to wait for our taxi to the airport on our check out day. So appreciative of the hospitality and could not speak more highly of the customer service we received. The apartment itself was chic, comfortable, and had all of the amenities we could need! We made use of the air conditioning, washer/dryer, stocked kitchen, and even enjoyed the high quality complimentary soaps and toiletries in the bathrooms. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the Kensington area skyline which we really appreciated. The Carlyle is located in a neighborhood with many restaurants within walking distance and the subway("tube"/Underground) station is only blocks away. We always felt safe walking around the streets nearby at any time of day or night. Will absolutely be back to stay here again!

The place was very clean and had all amenities needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were greatful for the loft and the location was close to underground stations, as well as grocery stores.

Property is a beautiful apartment ideal for tube stations, museums and shops. Furnished to very high standard with lots of amenities. Only problem was shower which had no door and flooded every time it was switched on. Also could do with toaster.

Stayed in the Design Apartment, was good size, bonus to have the washer and dryer in the apartment. Close to Earl's Court Tube station as well as a few pubs. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautifully decorated and furnished. Its so new, i think they still need to iron out some other aspects of the building. Was no Wifi for our week stay, no lock on the door from the inside (keypad entry only), all the doors in the building dont have anything to prevent them slamming, you will hear lots of banging doors 24/7. The showers are missing a panel so the bathroom will flood after each shower. The place is in an amazing location and is amazing inside, just needs some extra attention to the above details.

Hi James, Thank you for the feedback, we hope it didn't stop you from having a great stay. The codes for the doors are unique to you, so locking from the inside isn't a necessity. We will take a look into how loud the doors bang when closing, as they do need to close properly for security :) The showers are being worked on currently, and improvements will be made to prevent the floor from flooding in the bathrooms. Great place to stay in London
This place was very nice! Conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from the tube. The only thing that was odd was that the shower only had one glass wall so the water went all over when showering. I believe they were trying to get that fixed in the upcoming weeks. Apart from that, the apartment was perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and comfortable.

Convenient location but not proper clean
Instead of 3 bathroom/ toilets mentioned in the website, it's in fact 2.5 bathroom. Apartment is not properly clean when they hand over to you. In my point of view, they just change beddings/ towlels, floor vacuum. Not properly clean in bath areas, sink as well as all the mirrors, tables. Blankets provided is too thin and without proper duvet covers. Hair could be found on the spare blanket in master bedroom. Location is good and convenient to travel to anywhere in London/ even Heathrow airport.

La ubicacion y el estado general del apartamento es de autentico lujo. Si hay que buscarle una pega, es la ausencia de una mapara cerrada en las duchas.., pero lo demas de sobresaliente, un 10 sin duda.
