各方面不理想，例如公用設施多士爐，咖啡機，lift 也壞。 客客房內設施不齊全，沒有提供牙刷牙膏以及拖鞋，只有要求時才提供有限的數量。 房間不清潔很多塵。 感覺不安全，酒店大門沒有關上時沒有職員留守於reception，好像隨時有陌生人可進，即是沒有酒店卡的人也可內進 早餐時段職員沒有禮貌去對待客人的要求。

Greatly well-designed room for two travelers. Although our room faced the Earl’s Court tube station & is on the Heathrow route, the noise didn’t bother us that much. I hadn’t realized the booking came with free breakfast which was a real treat! It was always well stocked & serviced by the hard-working staff. Location was perfect when it came to being in the tube line straight to Heathrow. Great room, amenities & location. We would be happy to return for a future booking.

Clean, safe, friendly! A no frills hotel that’s perfect for a solo female traveller who just needs somewhere to rest for the night. Literally 2 minutes walk from Earl’s Court station, so you feel very safe walking to and fro as so many people around. Very reasonable price for location and overall quality of the hotel. Only things that would improve is a mini fridge in the room (really helpful if you are bringing food in) and moisturiser with the bathroom products (which were otherwise fantastic!). These aren’t major issues at all, just minor changes to elevate the hotel further.

De las cosas buenas es la ubicación muy cerca de una línea de tren que te conecta con la ciudad, el hotel está muy limpio, sin embargo durante mi estancia no funcionó el único elevador por lo que tuve que bajar mis maletas por las escales las cuales son pequeñas y angostas , en cuanto al desayuno es escaso conforme pasaron los días ofrecían menos cosas y lo poco que ponían no lo resurtían para la cantidad de personas hospedadas no era suficiente vi a personas solo comer unos pedazos de pan con jitomate que era lo que sobraba y eran apenas las 9 am, la habitación es muy pequeña, literal solo para dormir y bañarte

Wonderful hotel! Everything was perfect, I loved how clean the room was, everything was was new and well cared for, I also loved when we checked in the room was nice and cool and spelled of peppermint which was just delightful after a long flight and walking around in the summer heat! Definitely will stay again next time I’m in London!

The hotel is in a really convenient location, very close to Earl’s Court Station. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants, cafés, and places to eat nearby. The room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed regularly. The air conditioning worked amazingly well and kept the room nice and cool. Overall, I was very happy with the location and my stay.

The rooms are very compact but the layout is thoughtful and provides easy access to plug ins and charging. Modern bathrooms, an in room safe and nespresso coffee maker. Perfect place to stay if you ate planning to be out and about all day and just need somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep! Because of the storage layout half the bed is right up against it. At 5 foot 7 I could not lay straight, had to curl my legs, not a problem for me but my husband at 6 foot 1 could not have comfortably slept on that side of the bed, something to consider if you are both tall. The morning breakfast was very good and has lovely indoor and outdoor courtyard seating. The people cleaning the rooms were great! Hotel is very secure and you need your room key to enter and use the elevator and stairwells. The only downside was that the front desk team wasn't very friendly or helpful but still a great place to stay and we would recommend.

Really good option at an affordable price in Earl’s Court by the underground station. If you don’t need much space the room was compact but very clean and stylish with a compact modern bathroom. Free breakfast was basic but fine. There’s a small garden patio in the back of the hotel. I was a solo traveler so it worked especially well for me. Getting to places in London is a breeze from this hotel because of the Piccadilly and District lines only steps from the hotel. Enjoy your stay!
