This is an extraordinary facility with attention to detail a perfect ten. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We have stayed in many different hotels and this one is by far the best there is. The rooms are kept clean and made up beautifully every day if you wish. I would not stay anywhere else in London. We loved it.

The location was good and centrally located. The rooms were very small and had no place for suitcases. The staff continually told us our room would be ready early but we waited hours. The room was very warm even though they told us they fixed it.

Enjoyed our two night stay at The Guardsman. Very nice upscale boutique hotel in a great location in the heart of London's Westminster district. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. A/C worked great while we were there. Would highly recommend.

A nice clean hotel. The room was small and had no drawers to put clothes. You had to live out of your suitcase sitting on the floor. Good central location to many of the historical sites.

Elegant, clean room w/big soaking tub. One fault: small queen sized bed. We kept bumping into each other. The room is large, so they’d fit a king easily. This is not an inexpensive hotel; I would’ve expected a more comfortable bed. But location is fabulous and staff is helpful. They have a restaurant, but I’d use it only in a pinch. They do have a fabulous “English Tea” between 12 - 3. Reservations for that is a must. Make one when you check in. It’s a fun experience.
