Clean hotel great staff. 2 nights couldn’t sleep as was last room on bottom floor and there was a gate outside that kept on slamming all night until at end of trip they said they figured it out and would get it fixed.
As well showed up at 2:30 to check in and they said the room is ready but they would have to charge me if I checked in 30 min early as that’s their policy.

Very clean rooms, comfy beds, hot water, good pressure, breakfast, 2 minute walk to West Hendon Station, lots of shops nearby and close to Brent Cross shopping center. Second time of staying here and will come back next time.

Spotless hotel throughout, friendly staff and despite being next to the main road you couldn’t hear a thing! Very convenient for the tube into central London (tube is a 2min walk) and parking as well is a BIG bonus! Thanks for a fantastic stay, will definitely be back

We had an amazing 2 night stay. Staff extremely friendly and on check in, offering us a complimentary drink as it was our anniversary. Room was also very nice and we slept well. Great location too, 2 min from Hendon which got us about London easily. Would recommend and definitely stay again!!

Absolutely wonderful stay, all the staff were so gracious and kind and they decorated the room for us for our anniversary which was such a lovely surprise! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the hotel is about 2-5 mins from the tube station to get you into central London. I would 100% recommend these guys and if I am ever in London again, I would defo rebook!

Free parking, always a bonus in London. Great location for the tube, Hendon central is a 2 minute walk away. Rooms are always immaculately clean & staff friendly.
