The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms do need more amenities like an iron and an ironing board, my room was missing soaps and shampoo, good thing I had my own. The location is easily accessible by London transit and is close to restaurants on Queensway street.

Stayed here for one night while visiting London with my friends. Staff went above and beyond and we had a great experience staying here. Rooms were clean and spacious and location was great. Only thing I would mention would be that rooms did get a little warm, but nothing unbearable as the weather allowed for it. But had a good experience, would stay here again!

Rooms were clean and well presented (although personally as two girls could’ve done with a full length mirror). Reception was clean and the man working was amazing. Truly made the experience he was so lovely and friendly and definitely makes us want to return. Rooms are on the smaller size but a great base for exploring and can’t fault with the price at all. Would definitely recommend

The worst service i ever had , there is a guys he smells really bad and relay disrespect full with us he locked us in the hotel asked us for 60€ for being late in the check out 1:35 min after that he told us give me 20€ I will get you out ! I will never come near that please again

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and its central location was a great advantage for someone like me staying for a short time. However, the shower could use a few more shelves, and the water flow was very weak; there seemed to be a problem with the pressure, so I couldn't shower comfortably.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However the room itself was not at all as shown online. Very misleading as the windowpane paint was pealing badly, there were marks:scratches all over the walls. The shower head wasn’t even attached anymore, the sink had a crack in it, the shower liner was very cheap and flimsy. The room smelled stuffy and like bleach. Even with the windows open all day the smell didn’t go away. I saw a bug on the curtain. When I asked if there was another room as the pictures don’t match I was told no and that was after changes. I found it strange to see the room basically was downgraded and in a worser condition than the pictures on the bookings. I did like the WiFi worked and the location is good. Even with good/helpful staff the room itself wasn’t good

terrible, room is NOT what it appears in pictures. staff was super creepy and felt unsafe the duration of the stay. man in the front kept saying he was watching us on cameras and that we were slamming doors. we just went down to collect our food order. another guest told us "good luck". the lights also don’t stay on in the hallway, making it difficult to get to and into rooms. its a physical key in knob situation. would not recommend!

Room had a very strong chemical smell, especially in the bathroom. As for staff they were very friendly, but we were told that there would be no housekeeping. However, the cleaning staff came three times to knock at our door before 11am during our stay. I asked twice to not have my room serviced (no ‘do not disturb’ handle), but they came anyway. Not having a safe in the room, I wasn’t very comfortable with having a stranger in my room during my stay.

I booked this about a month before our trip as it was a great price, but then noticed some not so positive reviews. However, I think this are completely unfair. This is a budget hotel in a FANTASTIC area of London. Safe and convenient, you don’t even need to leave to have a good time. And if you want to go to central you and Queensway and Bayswater to get you there - amazing! There isn’t anything in way of amenities except for soaps in the room. But we only needed somewhere to sleep at night and this was perfect. My only negatives were no AC or fans during the heat wave 😅 the mattress was extremely hard, however we ended up sleeping really well. There could also be a smell from the bathroom in the evening, but just seemed to be a sitting water smell. Staff were all friendly and rooms were tidied every morning. Very happy with this stay and would recommend if you’re looking for an affordable/convenient place in London.

I didn’t feel comfortable staying in here the entire time. The room was barely acceptable, given the price. However, I suspect they didn’t change the pillow sheet, because it stank terribly. The staff were a bit reluctant to my requests. The hotel lacked air conditioning, one could easily tell the room stank. If I were to choose again, I would have chosen any other hotel. This one was probably the worse ever I have gotten myself into. Please avoid at all cost. Sorry!
