  • You couldn’t get better than this!
    Wonderful ground floor two bedroom apartment, with en-suite bathroom and one shower room/cloakroom. Spacious bright open-plan living area, with all the machines. The location of this property makes the apartment quite unique- you are literally moments from the tube station and some of the best shops and yet the apartment is peaceful and quiet. In a very upmarket area of London, with numerous cafes, bars and pubs just around the corner. It is a short walk away from Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate. Clean and fresh decor, light wooden flooring, carpeted master bedroom, top quality bedlinen. Looking out to some of the most expensive real estate in London, and greenery. You will be utterly amazed at how close you are to everything LONDON has to offer. Holland Park is just a five minute walk away. Wireless Internet included. An easy and stressfree time and so nice to come home to. * please note the washing machine and tumble dryer featured in the photos have now been replaced with European machines.

Extremely suitable for our two elderly co-travellers being a 2 minute flat walk to the Holland Park lifts. We all loved the apartment - it’s cool on hot days, quiet, all beds and sofa are mega comfy and well equipped and furnished. Yvonne is a super host.

This was lovely, clean apartment in an excellent location, with the tube, grocery and other shops located within a minutes or two's walk. The kitchen has great amenities to prepare home-cooked meals, and the laundry machines worked very well, which is very helpful when travelling with a family for a week. Yvonne was a very responsive host, and even provided a few staples that we requested due to our late arrival. Thanks for a great stay!

A nest in Notting Hill

The property is in an ideal location- close to shops and the metro.The hostess was very accommodating and actually met us outside of the tube!Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It was tidy and clean, and steps away from the Holland Park tube and lovely food shops, and a gorgeous bookstore! It was perfectly situated for a family of 4!

Appartement très agréable et extrêmement bien placé. Metro central à 30 secondes à pied. Petit magasin pour les courses et un pub plus que sympas le Castel à 30 seconde de l’appartement ou les bières sont excellentes et ou les plats sont excellents. Rapport qualité prix sans concurrence. This was my second time staying here! The flat is fantastic - it’s just as pictured, spacious, clean and so comfortable! The location can’t be beat - just around the corner from a tube stop. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Yvonne is a fantastic host - I would absolutely recommend this flat to everyone who wants a great place to stay in London!

We had a wonderful stay in London over Christmas. Eve was an amazing host. She was super sweet and helpful and went out of her way to make our stay delightful. The property was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location; close to the tube. There was even a small Christmas tree in the flat to make it feel more like home to us over the holiday. I highly recommend this property. I hope to return on my next visit to London.

Perfect location

We stayed 8 nights. The apartment was perfectly located- tube station, market, cafes. We walked to Nottinghill, Portobello Road, restaurants, Holland Park. Eve, our host, was lovely and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again in future trips.

Can’t say enough good things about this apartment. The location was perfect - metro right on the corner, grocery one street over. Neighborhood very nice and safe feeling. The host met us to give us a walk-thru. Very kind and welcoming. She also had provided everything needed (paper products, basic toiletries etc.) The apartment was spotless. Would definitely come back!
