“Definitely a nice house. Perfect room for my family of 9. Host was great and responded quickly when I asked about a light bulb. So glad there were seasonings there for our use. Room in driveway for 2 vehicles to park. About 25 minutes from airport. Recommendations: Wash cloths for bathrooms. Dishcloth and dish towels for kitchen. Spatula for cooking bfast. Pan spray or oil for cooking.”

“The outside of the home was not maintained very well, but the inside was. However, we did come across a black spider in the main shower, which was fine, but then when we had the spiders crawling across the pillows in one of the bedrooms that made us really uncomfortable. I did bring it to the owner’s attention and she just apologized and said she’d call someone to come out and spray. For what we paid, we shouldn’t have had to deal with spiders, especially in the bed.”

The property is very comfortable, nicely appointed, and within walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!”

“The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing meals but the condo is very close to downtown Littleton restaurants which we enjoyed. The condo has a garage which is great as street parking is at a premium. I was sorry we didn’t get to use the rooftop deck as it was still a little cold when we visited. It would have been a great location for cocktails and snacks.”

“The property was clean but I didn’t know there was a tenant living in the basement. He was very loud the entire evening. I believe he was playing video games. There was no door going down to the basement from the main level. A door would have helped to mitigated the noise, also not being familiar with the house especially at night I felt could have been dangerous. We left the light on in the kitchen so we wouldn’t make a wrong turn and fall down the stairs. The bed was comfortable but in……
