“Pros:The rental was very spacious. Comfortably slept our group of adults. Cute themed decor too. The check in process was very quick and easy and Jeff got us in early which was nice. And the temperature of the home was very comfortable and easily adjustable. Plenty of fans to go around in each room.Cons: 2 mirrors in the whole house in the 2 bathrooms. The outside of the home and the backyard were unkept. Railings falling off, yard overgrown, black and milds on the back porch, etc. The place……

“This was a cute little place for 4 adults. We enjoyed being close to downtown and our family here. The host Kathy was accommodating for our family to bring their pup for a visit, and the home was nicely stocked with coffee and some water in the fridge. Bathrooms had a few extras too, like cotton balls and q-tips. Be aware there are no closets in the bedrooms, but they do provide a few ways to hang items and luggage racks.Not the owners fault, but I assumed there was laundry and a grill……

I would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Littleton. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Littleton!”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The property was very clean, comfy and included all the amenities listed. It felt very private and safe, and the location is unbeatable. It was very easy to zip around Denver from the neighborhood. We also had our dog with us and had no issues. The owners were extremely nice, accommodating and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay again.”

“Definitely a nice house. Perfect room for my family of 9. Host was great and responded quickly when I asked about a light bulb. So glad there were seasonings there for our use. Room in driveway for 2 vehicles to park. About 25 minutes from airport. Recommendations: Wash cloths for bathrooms. Dishcloth and dish towels for kitchen. Spatula for cooking bfast. Pan spray or oil for cooking.”
