“When we arrived, there was a dehumidifier and taped down tubing in the master bedroom entryway. We also found mold behind the toilet, heading up the wall. Upon reaching out to the property manager, she wasn't aware of these issues and said she need to reach out to maintenance. We were moved into a new unit where we found more dehumidifiers and plastic taped off heading up to the HVAC vents in one of the bedrooms but no visible mold. After sending the picture of this issue to the property……

“I was very disappointed with this rental! The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The entire condo was dirty when we arrived. The floors were dusty, the kitchen appliances (including the microwave and stove) were greasy, and mirrors, TVs, and other surfaces were covered with fingerprints and smudges. It honestly didn’t look like the property had been cleaned before our check-in. I contacted host Michael immediately, and although he said he would send someone to clean, no one ever came, and we……

“Location is close to the road and it’s very convenient. The room is new and clean, it’s on the second floor. The parking lot is in the yard, very convenient to park. Many grocery stores nearby. The host is very kind, always responding fast. She provides me many cooking sets that I need. The kitchen is full of everything and the refrigerator is big enough to hold many food. The bed is very soft. The living room is spacious. It’s a house you can come again.”

“Our stay here started on a very stressful note with bad experience. The host was very rude and the property was not cleaned at all and we had to do multiple back and forth just to get the basic cleaning done. The house listed had no basic amenities for soap/hand wash. The kitchen utensils were sticky, smelling bad and had expired products. The property is not wheelchair and kids friendly so please be mindful of it and be ready to walk further atleast 200m and multiple stairs inside the property……

“We loved everything about this property. It was safe, clean and very comfortable. The location was also nice. With in walking distance to Santee Alley which is just fun to experience. Was definitely easy to get around. The only “down side” was the parking was a bit tricky HOWEVER so great that it was included on our stay. And the roof top pool was the *chefs kiss* to it all!”

“Our stay was exceptional! The rules were clear and provided on time. We needed a boiling pot and the host found us one and dropped it off. This speaks to the hospitality we received. Very thankful to connect and stay in the property for more than 3 weeks on business.”

“The house we rented was beautiful. But the was completely incorrect in terms of where the rental was located. It said Marina del Rey, but it was actually Culver City. The listing also said it was a 10 minute walk from Venice Beach. Being from the Midwest, we wanted a high walk ability. It was a 15 minute drive and even then they tried to gaslight me into saying I was incorrect about their listing.”
