"Older room showing its age, shower had poor water pressure and three head system didn’t work well with poor pressure, took more effort than reasonable to get working at proper temp so it was functional, water gets all over floor while you are adjusting it for use. Wood furniture worn to bare wood, safe wasn’t even bolted down and could be removed from room with contents inside, hallway was colder than room at lowest ac setting"
