「Older motel but well kept and clean but the rooms wont pick up the wifi so literally cannot watch TV at all bc the Roku cant connect. Staff was nice and genuinely apologetic about it but not much they can do so not their fault. Well kept and clean w a nice pool and common areas. For the price on the island you cant complain but gotta do better w the router guys!! Its 2026. Nice quiet location only a short ride to Bay Village etc and even the smaller rooms are almost 400sq ft.」

「beautiful space, clean, nice location.」

「Everything was very clean, everything just as discribed. All one floor. Host was so kind and always responded quickly.」

「We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Long Beach Island home! The location was perfect — nestled right by the bay with easy access to the ocean, making it the ideal spot for enjoying everything LBI has to offer. The house was exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated that it was pet friendly, allowing us to bring our dog along to enjoy the vacation with us. The property was a perfect fit for our family, with...

「Property was exactly as described. Our stay was the first to LBI in quite some time. WE came to LBI to reminisce about old times. My first stay was in 1953 so very much has changed but still many things are the same. Hope to get back there with more of my family.」

「Comfy and clean! Can’t wait to book again next summer.」

「We had such an incredible stay at Slobodanka’s beach house. She was the most welcoming host I have ever met and the home is incredibly clean and has everything you need. Our boys had the best time in Beach Haven and loved the courtyard garden at the house (as well as all the beach toys that Slobodanka has for the kids). It’s such an incredible amenity as my husband and I got to relax while our kids played in the morning and evening after the beach. This was our first time in LBI / Beach Haven and...

「The location was fine. Very quiet street in Holgate. Being right next door to a hotel wasn’t an issue at allGerard was very responsive to all questions before and during the trip. The biggest issues were the lack of items in house - dishes, utensils etc. Considering it’s listed as a house that can sleep 12, there wasn’t enough items to properly serve food. There also wasn’t enough seating in living area. The interior of house is shabby. Not unclean, just in need of a coat of paint and general...

「It was nice having a restaurant and bar on site. It has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Rooms were clean and everything was perfect!」
