“Great place to stay in Hanoi. A little noisy at night due to independence celebrations but that all stopped around 10-11pm. ”

“The hotel is in centre of old quarter, very crowded and busy traffic. You have to pay attention to the motorbikes and cars around in such narrow street. Night markets and many restaurants are nearby. (But not accessible during weekend nights when roads are blocked for pedestrian zones) The hotel room is smaller than expected, and not soundproof. Anyone passed by / speaking outside will easily wake you up. Yet, I should give credit to the hotel staff especially they are very kind and polite and……

“staff is always helpful, however hotel could have more better choices for breakfast ( healthier, better coffee ) and could be going bit greener for eco reasons. but staff very helpful and friendly always. why not arrange cooperation with GAU cafe shop across the street for coffee/pastry???”
