“The hotel and service was great. Rooms a bit small but good enough. Wish they had more variety for room service and more reasonable prices for the hotel food. But grab is a good alternative. Staff went above and beyond.”

“This is my first time have visited Vietnam, take Grab with just 10mins journey to get there. The staffs were helpful and friendly for ordering local foods since my first stay do not know exactly how to pronoun of the food. We had nice chat together without any official manner, just like friend. If I visit Hanoi again, I will have a short stay and meet them again.”
