“Very nice cottage, seems recently refinished, close to beach. Reasonable walk to the amusement park and many, many restaurants. Great to not have to worry about driving and parking and still having a nice stand-alone cottage with porch.”

“Excellent room with a fantastic view from the private deck! Wendy was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The check-in and check out was easy. The elevator was just steps inside from the parking lot which made it very convenient with the luggage. Most everything was within walking distance. The music was a fun bonus. We will probably plan another stay when the weather is nicer and we can stay longer.”

“Jason was very responsive to all my questions. While the house is an older building everything was working well and we had a great time. The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly.”

“Check in was a breeze! The directions were easy to follow and the unit was easy to find. Extremely clean, and everything I needed for my stay was provided! The beds were so comfortable and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Easy access to the beach!I’ve stayed in comparable places for much more affordable rates. At over 700 a night with fees, I would expect something much nicer. The tub and bathroom sink are very old. Not all of the windows have coverings so I was flashing neighbors……

“We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse. Pick up all essentials in town (coffee, plastic wrap/foil, paper towels, paper cups,……
