Blue heron house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good, despite some issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As the first renter at this home, there are things that can and, will likely, be improved. I give the owner and real estate company a pass as we were anxious to remain in Florida for the month of January and had to get into a property with only a couple days remaining in December.Jill and Keith from RVA couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. We would have no hesitation renting through them again.

Beautiful Home, Quiet Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was as shown on the RVA website. The furnishings were very comfortable, with a large dining table and a separate office area off the main bedroom. We used the spacious lanai every day. The location was a short bike ride or walk to the gated beach entrance which also had limited parking available. We enjoy walking and the nearby nature park offers great trails. There are numerous restaurants a short drive away. We especially enjoyed Dry Dock Waterfront Grill. Saint Armand's Circle is very convenient with lots of shopping and restaurants.The house was very clean with plenty of linens and a well equipped kitchen.RVA personnel were very prompt and helpful answering any questions. Would recommend Blue Heron House for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.
