Modern Features & Outdoor Living:
• Recently installed beautiful new floors in 2024 enhance the modern aesthetic of the home.

• Two kayaks are available for guests to explore the stunning native waters of Longboat Key.
Additional Features:
• The dock area at the rear of the house provides a perfect spot for fishing and taking in the picturesque scenery, where you might even spot dolphins or manatees. (Please be aware that the boat dock and boat are not available for guest use).
• Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the property.
Pet-Friendly & Convenient:
• Blue Heron House is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of two pets under 35 lbs. each, with a non-refundable pet deposit of $25 per day.
Accommodations:
• Bedding includes two King beds and two Twin beds (the guest room King bed can be converted into two Twins upon request).
• Amenities include a private patio, deeded beach access, washer/dryer, driveway parking, and a quiet neighborhood setting.

I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was as shown on the RVA website. The furnishings were very comfortable, with a large dining table and a separate office area off the main bedroom. We used the spacious lanai every day. The location was a short bike ride or walk to the gated beach entrance which also had limited parking available. We enjoy walking and the nearby nature park offers great trails. There are numerous restaurants a short drive away. We especially enjoyed Dry Dock Waterfront Grill. Saint Armand's Circle is very convenient with lots of shopping and restaurants.The house was very clean with plenty of linens and a well equipped kitchen.RVA personnel were very prompt and helpful answering any questions. Would recommend Blue Heron House for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

As the first renter at this home, there are things that can and, will likely, be improved. I give the owner and real estate company a pass as we were anxious to remain in Florida for the month of January and had to get into a property with only a couple days remaining in December.Jill and Keith from RVA couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. We would have no hesitation renting through them again.
