"The entrance feels somewhat chaotic as there is a children’s destination at that level with many children unable to distinguish between their surroundings and the hotel reception area. There beds in the rooms are comfortable but a number of items were neglected. Our tv remote never worked in the living room and the phone needed to be changed. Similarly the shower had issues with the shampoo dispenser. The hotel is well located and the door staff are helpful."

"The room was very comfortable with a bathrobe, slippers, tea and coffee sets and a mini bar, as well as good ac and a nice bed. The free water stations offer still and sparkling water. Room service food was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has an exit on a walkway along the Thames that is a pleasant 20 minute stroll to the Tate Modern and Millennium Bridge. Blackfriars tube station is a bit over a block away."

"The bed was incredibly comfortable as well as the duvet cover and the pillows. We were able to use the executive lounge for coffee, snacks, and continental breakfast, which was delicious and very convenient."
