「We were very disappointed with our stay. The grounds were not well kept and it was not gated. Just a “gate” you drive through, no code required. The tennis courts and playground were VERY run down. The house was in dire need of paint and TLC updates. My husband found a cockroach in the main bathroom our last night. I would not recommend this property,」

「Absolutely loved our stay at this waterfront condo! The views were even better in person sitting on the balcony watching the water was our favorite part of the trip. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect and made it easy to relax while still being close to the state park and Hot Sprinfs. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on the water!」
