“Loved staying at the Kenley. The staff was so helpful getting us a later check out due to the Ironman. We loved having cold bottled waters in the fridge available to us when we were coming and going. Also cookies always out and fruit infused waters! The location is super convenient. I’d say the only thing that was a little inconvenient was the queen bunkbeds in the rooms. I’d say unless you have kids the bunk bed situation is not ideal but I understand the space saving element in a big city and……

“We finally were able to get a reservation for a train car … what a great experience. We have stayed in a room in the past but the train car is quite the experience. All the staff is top notch. We have to give the Conceirge Dian a 10+ for making our stay extra ordinary. Every thing we needed was taken care of. We will return often and I am sure be guaranteed a great stay. The Hotel Chalet is a highly recommended place to stay.”

The room was a little rough and had a musty smell. The TV only worked on one channel and believe me I tried. The lady who checked us in was very nice. There was no one around at checkout which was too bad because I would have let her know about the room. My wife who has been there several times said it was time to find a……

“Free location was great. Just a short few minutes frim a charging station for my Tesla. Although everything was fine, I will actually it more a motel that a hotel but I had a good night sleep to continue with my journey to the northeast of the country.”

“Our experience here was exemplary. Jennifer and Austin at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, funny and very helpful. The premiere king room we stayed in was beautifully decorated, tastefully preserving both the character of the old hotel and offering modern upgrades.
