“As expected for the price. Check-in host was great. Room had used tissues in the tissue box, seal-broken and used hand lotion, a used Zicam on the nightstand, a broken Roku remote, no blanket, just a thin topper, and the neighbors were thumping their music so loud at 12am that we had the call the desk. Clerk was very nice and had the music stopped quickly. They do offer some staples for breakfast, but I wouldn't count on it being fulfilling. GREAT Mexican restaurant down the road, next to a……

“My room was overbooked and I was not notified and I arrived at the hotel only to find out I had nowhere to stay on a holiday weekend. Horrible experience !!!!! This was the first time I’ve ever booked with Expedia and it will probably be the last !!!!!!”

“The staff was friendly and tried being helpful, but…. The room(s) was disgusting. Floor wet. Muskey smell. Rust in shower. Trouble with room key(s). I could go on but it seems pointless. The price was right, but given the room issues I would rather pay double for a nicer place. I would not stay again.”

“The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. This hotel is old and smell old. Our room said pool views and it was not plus it smelled awful. The front staff said they saw pool view on our reservation so they moved us down a floor still same view. Breakfast was described as on of the best in the area, it was actually the worse breakfast. The remote did not work for the tv, despite all of that, every staff member we encountered was extremely nice and helpful.”

“The rooms could use a better clean up, dusting, washing the curtains and bed sheets better they smelled musty and the floors were very dusty, we had to call the front desk to have someone come clean our room and we didn’t get new coffee cups untill we asked the cleaner to give us some”

“I think the issues I had were specific to the exact day that I stayed on property. The line to check in was long due to system issues and there was no A/C in the lobby so it was very hot and nothing was being addressed to people waiting. When I checked in, their system to create room keys was down so we did not get a room key. The system stayed down for the remainder of my stay so I had to constantly ask to be let into my room. Sometimes if someone opening my room got there before my elevator……

“Check in was a breeze, although the nice lady who checked me in didn’t give me a parking pass. I came back downstairs later and a man was working and I asked him for my pass, he chose to argue with me and tell me I was lying and I did get one after I kept telling him no I didn’t he asked for my name and room number, he then asked for my phone number I thought again he said room number and he looks at me with the biggest eyes and yells I said your phone number. Finally he hands me one but tells……

“Stay was nice ,bar nice ,pos ,staff, only thing ice machine not working on my floor an TV keep turning off .but overall very pleasant stay .”

“Good value for the money, access to beach was steps away. Balcony to the oceanfront was a great deal.”
