"This property is beautiful & you can’t beat the convenience of the beach access. All the pools were great. We loved being able to walk to cross walk to the beach, grab hotel chairs and towels and beach toys and spend the afternoon at the beach. It was incredibly convenient. The food options & shopping at the hotel were nice & the resort grounds are gorgeous! Everything was really easy & everyone was very nice. My one complaint is that there were two empty wine glasses by our door when we checked...

"We love the experience. We have been there many times and love the water. We hosted cocktail hours there for many years when we lived and worked locally. The only issue we had this visit was the food. We felt the food was marginal. The service was great as usual and overall had a good visit. "

"We felt at home right away. The staff were kind, personable & helpful. Enjoyed the cucumber & lemon water at check in, and amazing view of the property from the check in area. The property was beautiful & well kept. We came right before hurricane hilary… the grounds were cleaned up the promptly in the following few days (leaves & pine needles). The landscaping staff were great. We came with 2 families, both rooms were just like the pictures, renovated & super clean, very spacious & good layout...

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
