We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

Spacious, and close to USC/Natural History Museum

This rental had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a parking space, so it was a great fit for our family while we were in town for a wedding at the natural history museum.

Good location

Good location. A few minor issues which owner was responsive to. More hangars (only 8 across 4 closets) would be helpful as there is no drawer space. Good safe parking for two cars. Not much around the place in terms of food or shopping but close to USC.

Overall Good - High Cleaning and Other Fees

Obviously not in the best area (close to USC) if you’re comparing to Beverly, Glendale, silverlake, Westwood etc but for being close to the city it was great but we didn’t feel unsafe at any time of our stay. There is 2 parking spots for the unit so that was more than enough for us. There was laundry and detergent which was super helpful. Beds were super comfortable and the house was tidy and well decorated. Super spacious bedrooms and 3/4 had in-suite bathrooms. Overall an amazing place to stay in LA. Not too far from DT or anywhere you planned on going. Parking on the side street was super safe as well. Only issue is high costs for cleaning and other fees outside of the night fees. The cleaning and other fees turned out to be more than our 2 night stay .

Review

Leon responded to questions in a reasonable amount of time . The updated 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was a great feature for a large family . Large capacity washer and dryer was a nice feature . Beds were comfortable and unit was clean - could use deep cleaning on walls and along the baseboards . The complex has thin walls, we could hear the people in the next unit running up and down the stairs and talking later at night . When searching for a place to accommodate a family of 9, be aware the advertised price per night almost doubles at check out - added fees such as cleaning, number of guest, host fee and taxes . Would be best to include those fees up front when searching. Overall the neighborhood felt safe.
