Nice little place that is clean and surprisingly comfortable. If you just need a place to sleep this is it. No frills.. simple place.

I like having the microwave and mini refrigerator that actually works. It will be helpful to have additional trash cans, soap holder and extra pillows. I did not like the keys needed to be reprogramed not just once . Overall everything was great 👍

They are in the process of remodeling. The staff was very accommodating. They were willing to switch us rooms when the air conditioning wasn’t working and the bed frame wasn’t functioning properly. Though the new room had a working air conditioner, it had not toilet paper roll holders and the bed frame was still not functioning. Finally, we noticed that there were holes in then ceiling where wires had been pulled through, or there wasn’t any light fixture.

Jay is exceptionally helpful and enjoys visiting this location, which offers convenient parking. The beds are superbly comfortable, and the environment is tranquil. Additionally, it is in proximity to my workplace, allowing me to arrive at the breakfast area promptly before starting my shift. Thank you for this remarkable experience. Terribly dirty mattress covered with only one small sheet, which does not even cover the mattress completely. Everything is very dirty, I don't even want to go into details. And there is no safety latch on the door.

Peaceful and quiet for the most part. Not overpriced. Simple. A good place to park for sleep and be out most of the day. Have stayed here twice and would rather stay here than the other overpriced lodgings on East Colorado Blvd. I'll be back.
