This is a reasonable rent in an historic neighborhood with all the conveniences and many amenities. Unfortunately the upstairs traffic pounds the floor like a herd of elephants and the bedding, once it lost its detergent scent, smelled very bad.

We had a great stay. The place had a lot of space and was very comfortable for our group. All the appliances were in great condition, and the beds and bathrooms were clean and well set up. Parking was easy and convenient, which was a big plus. The location was excellent - close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. We’d happily stay here again. A few areas could be improved for a group of four. The floors were not very clean. There was no extra garbage bags provided, which would have been helpful. Some of the vertical blinds were missing blades, and a few of them were difficult to open. Additionally, more paper towels would be appreciated, and having hooks or racks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels would make the stay more comfortable. It would also be good to clearly emphasize that parking must be booked in advance to secure a spot.

The apartment itself had a nice layout, and there were dishes and complimentary toiletries. The apartment was clean when we arrived. When we got back from being gone all day, there was an infestation of ants crawling all around the kitchen, and we found some in each bathroom and on our things. The beds are not comfortable, very stiff, creaky, and not suitable for anyone with back problems. There was a long blonde hair on our bed. There were many people out front who were using drugs, breaking into cars and there were gunshots around 2am. The front “private” gate also does not shut, so make sure to lock your car and apartment door. Other than that, there is private parking around the back and one of those gates has a functioning lock (there are two gates). If you’re willing to deal with ants and somewhat sketchy area it’s probably worth the money compared to all the expensive hotels in LA

The stay was great, they allowed us to drop our bags off early which helped a ton. The process was overall very easy. We had one small problem that was resolved very quickly. Room was clean , as was the whole building. Definitely would reccomend.

I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars

L appartement était bien mais pour manger à 7 la table était pour 4 cela était difficile et il manquait d ustensiles de cuisine , les stores étaient cassés, sinon tout était parfait et le personnel était nickel au top . Nous avons passé un super séjour. La prochaine fois que nous louerons ça sera certainement au même endroit avec j espère un appartement plus récent.

ドジャー・スタジアムでの観戦をメインに５泊した。ダブルベッドでは眠れないので一人一台、四台のベッドがある、食費を浮かせるためにキッチンがある、徒歩圏内にスーパーがあるを条件に探していてこちらを見つけた。 良かった点 ①立地　申し込んだのは『Premier Apts in Vibrant Downtown LA』だが、オーナーが同じなのか実際泊まったのは『Historic Loft and Homes』で更に地下鉄の駅から近くなった。部屋から『ミヤコホテル』の大谷さんの壁画が見える。 ②広さ　ベッドルームとバスルームが二つづつあり、とてもリラックスして過ごせた。 ③備品　ほとんどの物が過不足なく揃っていた。コーヒーメーカーと洗濯機、乾燥機が部屋にあっていつでも使えるのは本当にありがたかった。 ④屋上テラス　それぞれが落ち着いた時間が過ごせた。 ⑤レスポンス　メールするとすぐ返事が返ってきて助かった。 できれば改善してほしい点 ①備品　どうやって使うのか迷うものがあったので簡単な説明書きなどがあると良かった。 電子レンジ等が使える状態になっていなかった。ブレーカーを探してやっと解決した。到着時間やその後の予定の関係でスタッフと会う時間が取れなかったせいもあるかもしれない。 水切りカゴとワインオープナーがあるともっと良かった。 ②洗面台　栓がすぐ閉まってしまい水が抜けづらかった。 改善してほしい点もあるが、それを差し引いてもとても快適な宿泊体験で、とても満足！

リトルトーキョーに近いアートディストリクトに位置する便利なアパートメントホテル。部屋は広くて清潔。バスタブも深いので日本人にとってはありがたい。コーヒー、キッチンペーパー、洗濯洗剤（2回分）、洗剤なども完備されている。 残念なのは鍋はあるがフライパンがない、遮光カーテンではない、ランドリーの扉が壊れておりライトが消えなかったこと。 また、滞在中にチェックインにトラブった外国人家族が1階でエレベーターを占拠して喚き散らし、八つ当たりして殴りかかるような仕草をしてきたことは恐怖だった。 このようなことが無ければすべてが快適であった。
