"Hotel location is very good. Place is relatively clean. However, there are signs of poor management. 1. Check in staff was not friendly at all. No greetings. Nothing. 2. Housekeeping staff knocked early in the morning. Asked them to come back in an hour but they never did. No room cleaning, no change of towels. 3. I reserved 2 rooms since I was traveling with family. Check in 4pm and couldn’t even get the 2 rooms on the same floor. 4. I had late check out and when I returned after lunch at 1pm, my room keys didn’t work anymore and had to go back to lobby to fix the key-just so inconvenient. 5. Bed mattresses too soft. Time for new ones. 6. No perks for platinum elite members. Disappointing."
