Super cute little place to stay that fit our needs completely! The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. Rooms were clean. The bed was comfy and a nice little seating area in the kitchen to work if needed. So many amazing food options within walking distance as well as the beach. Would recommend if you’re looking to stay in Long Beach!

This property is in a great location, walkable to all restaurants, shops, cafés, beach, etc. love the street. Condo is a good size and was clean when we checked in. However, the cons of our stay: Place was clean but smelled like mold the whole time even when we left the window open. I had to sleep with the window open to breathe at night. Also could smell gas coming from the stove at night while we were sleeping this may be because the stove is quite old and has a small leak possibly. Air quality in the place was terrible. The furnishings were old and a bit shabby. I hate to say that, but for the money we paid it wasn’t worth it, it’s not really a condo. It’s an apartment as well.

Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal.

Simple studio with basic needs. I liked the different coffee options! Lots of closet space for luggage. Good water temp, awesome location and great and easy communication support with the door issue being opened. I would stay again. :)
