Amazing and cozy stay
This property is the perfect weekend getaway. Great location right off Marguerite ave with a 10min walk to coffee shops, local restaurants and Corona Del Mar beach. The unit is in perfect condition - very clean and cozy. 10/10 experience would stay again.

Impeccable!
We traveled to the west coast for our son’s wedding. He lives in Irvine and the wedding was in Laguna Beach. This beautiful property was convenient to all and is walkable to shops, dining, and the beach! The apartment is exactly as presented, the property owner answered the few questions we had promptly, and the bedding was very confortable (this is at the top of our checklist!). We would highly recommend this VRBO property if you are in the area or as a destination.

This is a beautiful condo! It was so roomy & updated. It had everything we needed. There is a coffee maker, but we loved walking to Zinc Cafe every morning for coffee. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. Linens and pillows were wonderful. Great water pressure in the shower. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Great 1 BR property
Everything about the property was great. The location is just a couple of block from PCH and a lot of restaurants. It's a beautiful 15 minute walk to the beach. The homes in CDM are all very close together and most are attached so I was surprised at how quiet it was. I rarely heard any outside noise and any that I did was during the day. The home was clean and really comfortable. I wanted to stay longer!

This property was wonderful. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels and bedding. Every thing was very comfortable. The parking is a little tight, so a smaller to midsize car will fit fine in the space. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, we took a lot of walks. Also we walked downtown where there are many restaurants.

All The Comforts of Home
Loved the duplex..neat and clean, quiet and pretty, roomy too; peaceful setting near all. Walked to dinner and breakfast although we could have cooked a meal there in the well equipped kitchen there are many good places to visit. Beach is gorgeous and we rode our bikes to inspiration point..what more could we ask for? We will be back!!
