Property was in a great location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Quality bedding and great communication with Roya. The only negative I would say is that the floors were not as clean as we would have liked. But, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Book it!

Nice Place to Stay

PROS - Clean, secure, modern & updated, reasonably quiet friendly neighborhood, nearby shops/grocery/cafes/bars/restaurants, walk-able beach, located centrally to other beach towns, good host CONS - beach too far to walk with any beach equipment (must drive & parking 30), parking space is very small and awkward for mid-size SUV, streets are narrow and crowded with cars, stairs were treacherous for me (tripped twice), uncomfortable odd-shaped couches, veranda with BBQ not really useful and faces street OVERALL - recommend, especially if you value cleanliness & security, want to visit nearby towns, don't mind driving to beaches, and have a small car. We'd stay there again, especially since Laguna is only 20 minutes away

Amazing and cozy stay

This property is the perfect weekend getaway. Great location right off Marguerite ave with a 10min walk to coffee shops, local restaurants and Corona Del Mar beach. The unit is in perfect condition - very clean and cozy. 10/10 experience would stay again.

Our stay in Corona del Mar was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, with top-notch cleanliness that made us feel right at home. It was peaceful and quiet, providing the perfect place to relax. The location couldn’t have been better—central to amazing shopping and fabulous restaurants, making everything so convenient. On top of that, it was very affordable for the value it offered. We will definitely look at booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

Beach stay

Condo was in a very nice neighborhood. The manger was very quick to respond to a question we had about getting inside . Loved that the neighborhood was very quiet for a good nights sleep after our busy days . Would suggest different chairs around kitchen, since the cushions don’t offer back support and also bar stools with back support and sofa was a bit worn too . Bed was very comfortable , and overall highly recommend staying here. The floors were definitely dirty, but everything else was clean .

Property was in a great location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Had a well stocked kitchen for cooking and was a good size for the four of us. Was clean upon arrival and nice to have the extra 1/2 bath. Great shower, plenty of towels, nice to have a washer and dryer in unit. Only suggestion, would be to add one more bedding set for the 4th person.

This is a beautiful condo! It was so roomy & updated. It had everything we needed. There is a coffee maker, but we loved walking to Zinc Cafe every morning for coffee. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. Linens and pillows were wonderful. Great water pressure in the shower. We’ll definitely stay there again!

Superb apartment

Lovely and junk decor free, very, very clean, superior communication with property manager, great bed, fluffy linens! Importantly, no check out tasks such as doing laundry or stripping beds (which is what a cleaning fee is for?!?), just garbage and dishwasher, easy peasy.
