"The staff at check-in were very helpful and polite. The designated drop-off/unloading area was a big plus, especially since parking is a bit far. There’s a convenient area in the front offering coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. We stayed in a suite, which didn’t quite match the photos online. The room felt a little dated but was spacious, fairly clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to restaurants and nearby businesses. Overall, we would stay here again."

"Good instructions for area, trash, fireplace. Steep driveway; should warn guests to chock the wheels of vehicles in the driveway. Chocks were in the house, but we found them after the car slid down the driveway into the road. Comfortable beds. Great location, close to the ski slope. Property management was quick to respond when we ran out of ice melt.Cozy, but dusty. Cobwebs around the lights."

"Our overall stay was truly amazing! There's nothing really "bad" I can say about the place. It was clean and welcoming as they advertise.A few nitpicks as a renter -There was confusion with the locked door on the first floor. I would have like to have seen a sign on the door or a note to let me know it's not a bedroom or blocked off from renters. I understand not having a TV on the main floor as this is place is a beautiful retreat meant for quality time, but that made our stay a bit more awkward. There was a QR code or document that said we needed to sign in or sign up. It was confusing for us, we opted not to sign up as it seemed like marketing and not part of the official check-in process. Another minor nitpick was the Yale door lock. Day 1 after we were locking up the house, we heard the sound the lock makes when the batteries need to be replaced. (We have a Yale door lock as well). This was a bit worrisome because we could have been locked out at any point during our stay. Thankfully it didn't go out during our stay. I asked a question, via text, to Greg, but I never heard back. Maybe it was timing. It wasn't a bad experience, but some minor details that had us a bit concerned. I'm sure we'll return again as these were nothing to really be concerned about, just some oddities that we experienced. Again, the place was very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Taos Mountain Haus! "

"100% would stay here again! The location is one of a kind and provides some spectacular views day or night. The home was extremely comfortable for my family. The showers were hot, and the mattresses were firm. Management was working onsite every day we were there and always asked how we were doing when we saw them. Some tips when staying here:The drive up the mountain can be a little bumpy and tight on some curves. I would recommend an all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle for going up. Stock up on whatever groceries or toiletries you need before coming to the ski valley. There really was not a lot of selection at the few places nearby."

"Great home with a great view! About a 5 minute drive from the main ski base. House was clean and in great condition. Firewood was stocked, and there were plenty of basics for our stay (pots and pans, utensils, linens, soap, trash bags, etc.). Would stay here again!!"

"Very nice unit. Easily housed 7 including 3 teenage girls. 2 minute walk to Lift 4. Great location. "
