「This is a cute little place. Perfect spot for our family while staying in Loveland. The beds were comfy and kitchen is well equipped. The park/playground is a short walk away and sunset strolls along the lake were a great way to end our evenings. Grocery and restaurants are a short drive.」

「The place was cute. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices, etc. cleanliness was reasonable, but not immaculate. The master shower appeared clean but smelled like mildew. Before I checked in, the manager let me know that a plumber would be coming that night to fix the downstairs toilet. In our 3 day stay, he never showed. These things happen, I don't blame the property, but, we had to go upstairs to use the bathroom. The front door lock is horrible. The 7 digit code is difficult to put in before...

「We stayed in this house in March 2025. The description of this property is very accurate. This property was very nice with high end finishes and very comfortable beds. Everything was great and we would stay here again. This is the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Location was great for being close to downtown and sightseeing. 」

「We came in from Dallas for our daughter’s college graduation. The size of the unit was perfect, 2 bedroom/2 bath. The only critique I would have is offering more towels and to have wash cloths available.」

「Loved the location. Condo was amazing. Great view. 」

「Our stay at Natiivo Austin was amazing. The views from our condo and the rooftop pool were absolutely stunning. It is within walking distance of nearly all of Austin’s main attractions. The walking trail that is near by is an amazing scenic trip around Austin with beautiful views of the city and Colorado river. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Nativo property. The property is clean and the amenities are great. We loved the roof top pool and location of the property. The apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend.」
