Enjoy the comfort, character, charm, and location of our lovely Victorian home!

Enjoy the comfort, character, and charm of our lovely 120+ year old Victorian house. A great location which is convenient to the airport, about 1 mile from Churchill Downs, 15 min. from downtown Louisville, and several great restaurants within 2 blocks! The house has lots of character: 5 stunning fireplaces, 3 large bedrooms with lovely hardwood floors and high ceilings. There are 2 full bathrooms, wireless internet, living room, dining room, den, and you will have complete access to a beautiful back yard and patio, complete with a hot tub! Our basic rate is for 6 people, but we have options available for up to 10 people at the extra rate of $50 per person per night. These include trundle beds and a double futon/single bunk bed.

This house is perfect for your Kentucky Derby experience! Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer!
